08/05/2026: What a warm welcome and what a wonderful discovery! For our daughter's birthday, we discovered this little gem of peace and joy at Katiolo. We opted for the tasting menu, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. There were six of us, and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful Ivorian cuisine (which I hadn't experienced before), simple yet incredibly flavorful, made with quality ingredients. Experience it for yourself! Furthermore, the warm welcome and impeccable service from Geneviève will enchant you, I'm sure of it. A must-try!

A true gem in the heart of the Kochersberg region, that makes you want to return again and again. 15/07/2026: We spent two nights there from July 13th to 15th, 2026. We received a very warm welcome from the manager. The three-course evening meals were excellent. Well done to the chef! 👍 In the morning, the breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh products. Our room was spacious and tastefully renovated. We highly recommend this quiet hotel, ideal for cycling or hiking.

Their tartes flambées are second to none, and even their house wine, served in €3 pitchers, first rate. As the weather was perfect, we sat outside on the deck in the courtyard, surrounded by friendly locals. Never have we spent so little for so much enjoyment...

10/04/2026: Business lunch. I loved my experience at BIM: very friendly, attentive, and quick service. The portions were generous and excellent. I greatly appreciated that even though there were only three options, there was always a high-quality vegetarian dish. The same goes for the starters, with several vegetarian choices! Excellent value for money. I can't wait to go back.

10/03/2026: We are delighted with our retractable pergola installed in Sélestat! The team was very professional, and the installation was completed in less than a day, which is truly appreciated. The quality of the frame is clearly superior to what we had seen elsewhere. The posts are robust and have a scratch-resistant coating, which is a real plus, especially with the RAL 7016 finish, which tends to mark quite easily. The result is superb; the pergola is both aesthetically pleasing and sturdy. We wholeheartedly recommend this company for their professionalism, the speed of installation, and the quality of their materials.

08/07/2026: Excellent Lebanese restaurant. The dishes are refined, made with high-quality ingredients, and perfectly in keeping with Lebanese culinary traditions. This restaurant is the best in Strasbourg. I encourage anyone who enjoys exotic flavors to discover this very welcoming establishment.

25/06/2026: Very good and also very secure, as you have to ring the bell before you can enter. The owner is super friendly; we had a long chat. Drinks are reasonably priced, like in other places.

01/08/2026: Very disappointed today. The kidneys were swimming in mustard seed sauce, and the spaetzle side dish was very meager. When I added the spaetzle to the plate, they were swimming in sauce; you could barely see them. I politely asked if I could have a few more, but they were €2.50 each! So I didn't order anything else and will go somewhere else tomorrow. I should also mention that the two beers I ordered were served with a thin line and topped off with a nice head of foam. It has nothing to do with authentic Alsatian cuisine. But the staff were friendly!

20/07/2026: My experience was mixed. The place is beautiful, like in the good old days. The terrace is spacious and shaded thanks to the lovely trees. The dishes were excellent, well-presented, and generous. The only downside was the wait and the service (30 minutes to order drinks, 1 hour for the meal; we spent over 2 hours there...). Perhaps we caught them on an off day, judging by other reviews, which is a shame. The person who appeared to be the owner was also too intrusive throughout the meal, bringing up irrelevant topics, which made us increasingly uncomfortable.
