04/09/2024: I wanted to introduce this restaurant that I liked to friends but very disappointed this time. A cold and hasty welcome, we had the impression of being a nuisance. Excessive prices compared to the quality of the dishes offered. Pasta with a white sauce without even a sprig of greens or a twist of a mill to make the plate attractive. A bland salad for almost 18 euros, well more like a salad pizza. Too bad because the terrace setting in summer is nice and the previous times I really liked it but won't come back again

13/09/2024: Good little address in Saverne. The restaurant is spacious and there is a terrace for outdoor enthusiasts. I tried the Italian tartare as well as the 4 cheese pasta. I don't regret my choice. The artisanal ice creams for dessert are also great. Staff also smiling and available. See you soon.

30/08/2024: The food is really good and the tartes flambées are delicious. The service is top notch, all with a lovely, quiet terrace... To be done again with pleasure.

23/08/2024: An ancient evening. The wine served is not the one selected on the menu. We select another, but the balo, it is not cool, the waitress does not give us a choice, she flies like a plane to the counter for us to uncork the selected bottle and brings it back to us in an iced bucket. Then when tasting a horror, it turns out that this one is a bio-dynamic wine and that we don't like it but will be charged for it. Concerning the Alsatian salad it was a composition on a wooden tray, roughly cut gruyere in the middle, a sausage cut in two on the other side with salad dressing, an egg, a tomato and go ahead my guy enjoy... and I'll pass the rest of the dishes on to you.

09/09/2024: The service was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive, friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and welcome. However, I regret to say that the food did not live up to our expectations. In particular, the meat we received was far from acceptable. It was extremely hard, almost like rubber, and almost impossible to eat. The texture of the meat was so unappetizing that we had to make considerable effort to chew it, and in the end our jaws were quite tired. Unfortunately, we were forced to eat it so as not to waste the food, but the experience was disappointing. Although we appreciated the excellent service, the quality of the meat left much to be desired. We hope that the restaurant can remedy this problem, because with such good service and an improvement in the quality of the food, they could offer a much more satisfying dining experience.

The suckling pig is delicious and I'm not talking about the other dishes that are just as good. And the rum baba is delicious. In short, thanks to the vignette team. We had a very good evening. 25/08/2024: While passing through Schiltigheim (we come from Brittany), we discovered this address by chance. What a pleasure for the taste buds, but not only that. An offbeat spirit with small signs at the entrance that set the tone, “Cervelas forever” we love! And this is confirmed in the interior decoration with the posters! Friendly staff and the boss is great, sharing. A superb address!

05/09/2024: It is a traditional restaurant which offers an exceptional atmosphere with its small chapel. The duck breast is really delicious. The steamed vegetables are so well prepared. I highly recommend the caramel fondant for dessert, I can’t get enough of it!

18/05/2024: We discovered "la cantine des bocaux" last night and I must say that it was a great discovery, a cuisine based on local products, a simply extraordinary fir wood smoked beef, served with potatoes crushed in butter, a wonder ! Guillaume and Aurélie Kern are very inventive, keep it up! Treat yourself to bistronomic cuisine!
