24/01/2025: I went to this establishment recently with friends.
The positive points:
Friendly service and good food generously served and good value for money.
The negative points:
A conversation noise so loud that we had to shout to communicate with each other and above all...
Reservation several days in advance but we "saved" a table in front of the door which meant that we regularly had very cold air which "overwhelmed" us each time we opened and closed! In fact, guys, this table shouldn't exist even in the name of holy profit!
Conclusion: we left after the meal because of this and the infernal noise, it's a shame! That being said, the terrace must be nice on sunny days!

Taste the dishes of this restaurant for the first time and you will undoubtedly come back!
07/09/2024: I chose a cod steak with lemon with coconut milk and risotto and vegetables. Very well served. The service was pleasant and fast despite the crowds this Saturday and the terrace is pleasant in this weather. I recommend.

The wine served is not the one selected on the menu. We select another, but the balo, it is not cool, the waitress does not give us a choice, she flies like a plane to the counter for us to uncork the selected bottle and brings it back to us in an iced bucket. Then when tasting a horror, it turns out that this one is a bio-dynamic wine and that we don't like it but will be charged for it.
Concerning the Alsatian salad it was a composition on a wooden tray, roughly cut gruyere in the middle, a sausage cut in two on the other side with salad dressing, an egg, a tomato and go ahead my guy enjoy... and I'll pass the rest of the dishes on to you.

Vineyards and vines as far as the eye can see, a city crossroads and a restaurant, the KIRMANN restaurant, a killer from tarte flambée to Munster burger and ham, you will find Alsasace in its full taste, not to mention the natural and organic wines offered on their card

17/06/2025: We ordered a tarte flambée and had intended to eat only tarte flambée. But the tarte flambée had three layers of crème fraîche, large piles of bacon on some slices and almost none on others, and the same for the onions.
So we ordered dishes: mixed salad, kidneys, and queen's bites. The spätzle weren't good, the salad and queen's bites were average.
The food was disappointing, but the service was impeccable. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well.

28/11/2024: We recently had dinner in a charming chalet where we tasted pierade. The atmosphere was really great, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. However, the service did not meet our expectations. When we asked for duck, we were kindly informed that it was beef or nothing. This tarnished our experience a bit. Despite this, the pie was delicious and the setting was definitely worth it. I recommend this restaurant for the ambiance, but I hope they improve their service in the future.
Don’t hesitate to adjust the details according to your feelings!

Reserve a table for 7:00 p.m., we learn that our reservation is for 8:45 p.m., no excuses, no search for a solution, the manager is uncompromising and for him it is our fault and not his. It's certain they won't see us again when I think of all the customers I brought back. If there has been a change of ownership, flee.
