A wonderfully kind and incredibly talented owner who moved us with his magnificent music about our beautiful Camargue. The service was impeccable. The waitresses were highly professional. The logistics were flawless. All this with a smile. The meal was excellent and generous. There was a joyful and heartfelt atmosphere. Hats off!

16/03/2026: I usually abstain from writing reviews on Indian restaurants abroad. But Ashoka was a class apart. A friend and I ordered vegetable biriyani and the taste was really tuned to exactly what was requested. The super delicious food reminds you of home, the quaint ambience adds to the vibe and the host is really kind and caring. If you are around Marseille, do drop by!

19/02/2026: A very good restaurant located in the heart of the village of Les Milles, with easy and convenient parking nearby. Ideal for a quality lunch between noon and 2 pm. The dishes are fresh, homemade, and prepared with care. Special mention goes to the desserts, which are original and created by the restaurant's pastry chef!

11/02/2026: Well, I'm a bit embarrassed because the staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional, but unfortunately, there's a catch... The dishes don't really reflect the prices charged. Eight stuffed mussels, no more, for €15, the same for panisses (chickpea fritters). Even the cheapest pasta dish is at least €27. Edible in my opinion, but simplistic, which is to be expected. The gorgonzola sauce was barely cooked... Other diners present that day had the same experience: bland meat dishes for over €30, and so on. The setting is relaxing and pleasant, but it won't become my regular spot. Please reconsider your prices.

08/02/2026: We went there for a birthday. The service was adequate, but the food was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I ordered a ribeye steak with fries and dessert. The ribeye was of poor quality, the sauce wasn't homemade at all, and the dessert was mediocre. Poor value for money... overpriced for the quality of the ingredients!

01/03/2026: It's always nice to spend an evening at the Blackstone. The themed nights are fun (blind tests, karaoke). The live music could be a bit louder for my taste. The clientele is always pleasant. The service is good, but the €10 minimum credit card charge is a real pain. The outdoor area is spacious and very well laid out. All in all, a very good pub. Three stars because of this credit card issue, which doesn't exist in any other pub I frequent.

03/03/2026: Too lazy to cook when we got home at 9:00 PM, we were initially planning on getting takeout, but in the end, we sat down to eat in. I had one chicken curry with eggplant, which was delicious; my daughter had one chicken massaman, which was also delicious; and Luca had one beef red curry, which was a third delicious meal... I highly recommend this little restaurant, it's very good. And everything was served with a smile. We'll definitely be back! My son didn't know where to eat last night with his friend, so guess where he went? L'ExpressThaï! 👍👍
