13/02/2026: A hidden gem in Raon-l'Étape: Go for it without hesitation! While traveling in the area, I called this restaurant on a whim for lunch, and what a surprise! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a wonderful atmosphere in a modern and stylish setting. What immediately strikes you is the perfect blend of friendliness and professionalism. The service is both professional and warm; you instantly feel at ease. As for the food, the lunch menu is absolutely flawless: The starter: An excellent rabbit terrine. You can taste the "homemade" quality from the first bite, it's undeniable. The main course: A fillet of pollack with sweet potato, all enhanced by an incredible sauce... The chef is right to keep it a secret; it's truly memorable! The dessert: An apple-blueberry clafoutis so delicate it would make any gourmet blush. A truly wonderful discovery! 13/04/2026: A building dating back to the time of the thermal baths, close to the town center and public transport (bus, tram, and train). Micaud Park, bordering the river, is just 100 meters away. For those who enjoy gambling, there's a casino right outside. Presented as a luxurious residence, this senior living facility features a welcoming restaurant with late 19th-century comfort, open to all, and an original fireplace (1893).

17/05/2026: The Garden of Giants is a magnificent haven of peace, somewhat hidden just behind the Lille-Europe train station. A superb and relaxing place that is truly worth a visit!

13/05/2026: An unusual garden in Euralille, primarily based around water and wetland plants, with fish and a terrapin! Also a lot of giant bamboo, a couple of large frames supporting wisteria and other climbers and a couple of large topiary heads. Very enjoyable, though not large and the surrounding roads detract a bit from getting there!

20/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance. We started with two glasses of wine and a cheese board. The portions were generous, and the ingredients were of very high quality. We continued with the bruschetta with country ham, which was also very generous and delicious. I recommend it if you're ever in the area. The setting is lovely, and the servers are pleasant.

17/06/2026: We had lunch at this "brasserie" with colleagues, knowing our headquarters are next door. It's usually not great, but this time you really outdid yourselves. €14.90 for a plate consisting of two forks of green salad, two forks of carrot salad, two tiny slices of ham, and two turkey or chicken roulades. Oh yes, and your roast potatoes, which couldn't even have been half a potato. When we pointed this out to the owner, the only response was contempt, disrespect, and inappropriate remarks. Oh yes, and he justified it by saying he wasn't being compensated for the water damage. The service was appalling, just like your daily special. Keep it up, and this arrogant man will be shut down and forced to retire. Avoid at all costs; there are much better places in Metz. Today he lost a significant number of customers, especially since our headquarters are nearby. Don't worry, we'll be sure to spread the word about you. Disregarding customers and customer reviews shouldn't even exist in the food industry.

04/06/2026: Very, very disappointed with this restaurant. The aperitif and hors d'oeuvres were well served. However, we waited an hour for the main course (and the meat was swimming in oil), which was unappetizing. Regarding the wait, the waiter criticized us for having ordered an hors d'oeuvre, claiming that those ordering the main course should have priority. For us, that was it.
