12/11/2025: This is a place you absolutely mustn't miss. Here, you'll find wines that go beyond the usual fare and standard fare. The welcome is professional, personal, and warm. A far cry from restaurants where the service is inexperienced and impersonal. The food is excellent. The cheese trolley is a must (you won't find one anywhere else). It's truly superb!

07/12/2025: A place worth discovering, after making a reservation. A very warm welcome, a friendly and inviting atmosphere. The waitstaff is professional and attentive to customers. The menu offers a choice of bistro or tapas dishes, which can be mixed and matched. In the kitchen, it's an art form: respect for fresh ingredients, perfect cooking, homemade sauces, elegant presentation, and excellent wine. It's rare to find such authentic homemade food; well done! 03/12/2025: The restaurant is well located, the service efficient, but you shouldn't deviate from the standard order. As for the food, the dishes were good but lukewarm, which is a shame for a leek fondue and risotto, especially since they were very good.

27/02/2026: The setting is beautiful and elegant. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! The servers were pleasant, smiling, and very professional. We felt welcome and at ease. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend!

18/03/2026: Review of a reservation for 90 people with a cocktail reception: Excellent welcome and service from Ryan and Louizon. Very quick service and they kept us regularly updated on the reservation details. The canapés were excellent, especially the hot ones.

18/03/2026: I would like to highlight Louison for her courtesy at the GIFEN reception on March 18th. Always smiling, even in a challenging work environment (navigating stairs, to name just one). Always in good spirits and a problem-solver. In short, a valuable asset, the kind I wish I'd encountered more often in such circumstances. Well done, Louison…even if you're not entirely happy with your name…don't worry, it's very pretty 😉👍

15/02/2026: The restaurant has a cold atmosphere and no decor whatsoever. We went there one evening for the all-you-can-eat cargolade (snail feast), but the snails were barely cooked and had no seasoning. They were cooked on a griddle, not over a wood fire like a proper cargolade. Very disappointed.

We weren't disturbed at all by the noise from the other tables, which were quite large. Despite the high volume of customers, the service was smooth, provided by smiling and efficient staff. 07/12/2025: We had lunch here with my husband and two children during a visit to Metz. We received a very warm welcome and the waiters were friendly. The menu was varied, and all the products were sourced from local producers. The ribeye steak was the best I've had in a long time in a restaurant—perfectly cooked. The revisited steak tartare was delicious, and the burgers were generous. The desserts are a real highlight, with many homemade options! The tarte Tatin was delicious, and the little pistachio and raspberry financiers were equally delightful. We highly recommend it!
