18/04/2026: Disappointed, whereas a few years ago I wasn't... the presentation plate was chipped with black marks that said "it's time to change the dishes." The ravioli dish had sauce dripping everywhere, the green salad wasn't exactly fresh. The white wine was more than just so-so... in short, I won't be going back 😬

14/04/2026: I wanted to share a very disappointing experience I had today at your hotel reception. Seven months pregnant, I wasn't feeling well (I was starting to feel faint) and went to your reception desk simply to ask for access to the restroom, to freshen up my face and avoid feeling worse. The receptionist looked me up and down and coldly told me there were no restrooms, directing me to a nearby Starbucks. I insisted, explaining my situation, but she maintained her refusal, showing no empathy or consideration whatsoever. I should point out that I have traveled extensively around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered such a lack of humanity in a hotel, which is supposed to embody hospitality and service. Beyond the issue of comfort, this was a matter of health and common sense. Denying basic access to a pregnant woman who is clearly in distress is deeply regrettable. I urge you to raise awareness among your staff about showing a minimum of empathy and discretion in this type of situation. Very disappointed.
