This last time, I had to seek out the waiters twice, while they were joking among themselves, to get them to serve us. All this was accompanied by decent food, but not exceptional as the price might suggest.

01/10/2024: I ate there yesterday with a friend following a recommendation. Very warm welcome on the phone for the reservation, and the same on site. The team is very friendly, the decor is magnificent and the dishes are delicious! The Versailles lives up to its name! I found my favorite restaurant for all my trips to Limoges.

30/09/2024: In this very French, truly classic restaurant, I ate sweetbreads for the first time. The food was delicious, but, for the less experienced, my advice: don't think too hard about what you eat. Hats off to Le Versailles for their charming and pretty restaurant inside!

24/11/2024: A small restaurant in the heart of Paris. 6-course tasting menu. The food was excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. The price in relation to the quality of the ingredients is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone

03/07/2025: I just spent 3 days in Magnolia Calvi. The location is perfect, near to everything very central and convenient. Unfortunately few event were really annoying; To start, one morning while we were still in bed, the housekeeper tried to enter the room without knocking. We shouted “no”, but she came in anyway—and then proceeded to speak to us standing at the door, while we were still lying in bed. It felt like a complete lack of privacy and respect. The next day, after the cleaning service came through, we returned to find our blanket thrown on the floor, and the towels hadn’t even been replaced. That was honestly quite shocking and unacceptable for any hotel. The reception is almost All the time empty, we tried to call few times, but no one ever answered. And also, if you have big luggage’s, no one will help you carry it, which in my opinion is the basic service any hotel should provide.

30/06/2025: We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The welcome was warm and the owners were very kind. Dogs are welcome.

26/10/2024: Un seul mot, fabuleux , caractérise ce restaurant : l’œuf parfait un délice, le foie gras dans son bouillon juste incroyable d’équilibre et de précision tant dans la cuisson que dans les différentes saveurs, enfin l’apothéose avec un tatare de veau à la truffe d’anthologie. Un service empreint autant de gentillesse que de professionnalisme. Et que dire de la carte des vins ? Juste une merveille qui mérite que l’on vienne de loin pour en extraire, comme nous, un Bandol La Tourtine 2016 de chez Tempier qui s’est accordé à merveille avec nos plats. Pour conclure comme dirait François Simon « y retournerai-je ? Oh oui »

10/10/2024: Très bonne adresse, je recommande. Salle chaleureuse dans une ancienne bâtisse pleine de charme. La carte est concise, les plats sont très bons, travaillés sans en faire trop. Le service est très agréable et rapide. C’était ma première fois dans cet établissement et j’y retournerai volontiers.

18/10/2025: Le Sophora, a very pleasant and professional brasserie in Villennes. Professional and efficient welcome, even late for lunch. Daily specials and the entire menu are delicious and very well served (too much for me 😊). Professional and well-run bar from morning to night. I recommend it.

18/12/2025: Excellent! Set menu €17, 12 minutes from the motorway exit in a charming little village. We're so glad we took the time to avoid a terrible, overpriced sandwich at a motorway service station.

09/12/2025: Very nice people, nice environment. This place really deserve a great rating. Stop by on the way to Paris and found this gem along the highway. Will surely be back if I am on the same route.

04/11/2024: The Bois Joli restaurant is located on the roadside and has ample parking. If the exterior doesn't look like much, you will be surprised by the classy atmosphere of the interior room. We nevertheless dined on the outdoor terrace which is very pleasant during the summer. We opted for the starter/main course/dessert formula at €59. The dishes are very good and the cooking well executed. The service is quality. I opted for the truffle ravioli, a house specialty and I was not disappointed, it was excellent!
