26/01/2026: The restaurant is very well located and in a pleasant setting. The staff is very welcoming. The dishes are excellent and very generous. I recommend this restaurant.

The food was poor and of subpar quality: the potatoes were raw and the portions were unbalanced, with a poor ratio between side dishes and main course. Of the six courses, the only one worthy of mention was the pork shank.
The service was cold and unwelcoming. Overall, it didn't live up to expectations.

12/11/2025: A very warm welcome. A very good meal with classic dishes and a daily special, all for just under 14 euros. The service was very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

08/12/2025: The L’Alliance restaurant in Amboise, slightly out of the way, offers truly excellent, flavorful, and well-prepared cuisine that is definitely worth the detour. The service is adequate, if not exceptional, and the somewhat underwhelming setting doesn't quite do justice to the quality of the food. A great place to eat well, despite an atmosphere that could be improved.
22/11/2025: Excellent cuisine, with real attention paid to allergens. Quick and friendly service. The restaurant is unfortunately not very busy, but we had a very pleasant evening and our taste buds were delighted.

The delicious and expertly prepared dishes demonstrate true professionalism and a truly exceptional experience.

16/12/2024: The service needs to be reviewed when “hello” is not appropriate from a young, tall, thin waiter. A welcome that is not warm, bordering on disturbing for a coffee? I will never set foot here again.
16/12/2024: Absolutely terrible service. The dark-haired waiter, thin and beardless, was unbearably arrogant from start to finish. Not a smile, obvious contempt for customers, and an execrable tone that makes you want to leave immediately. How can such an incompetent and unpleasant person be allowed to work in contact with customers? A shame for the establishment. To flee while he is there.

Like its name the 3 summits the bill increases to almost 40 € per person positive point quality products but a shame to go and get the angus meat and not in the Vercors
