30/08/2024: We just spent two days at Le Colombier and everything was perfect!
The room was nicely decorated and clean, the breakfast was excellent with products from the garden (jams) and the region (honey, cheese) and it was very well located.

When are we going to ban smoking in restaurants, even on the terrace?

09/09/2024: Very disappointed by the brunch buffet at €42 on Sunday lunchtime. The limited choice, the rib of beef cooked a la plancha were only small pieces not always of choice, lukewarm, the potatoes and ratatouille cold, average service because you had to ask for cutlery which was not self-service. There were cups for tea, then tea bags...
The place is very noisy.
Too bad because the space is beautiful and the reception and service team are very pleasant, smiling and very attentive. Thank you to them!

06/09/2024: A week of travel where I had lunch there every day. The welcome and the service are very pleasant, the chef prepares elaborate dishes that are very well presented.
A very good table for a reasonable price. Don't hesitate!

29/09/2024: On a aimé le service agréable et sans chichis, les plats préparés avec des produits frais, et même la deco un tantinet vieillotte.
Le rapport qualité-prix de la formule bisto est tout simple imbattable.
Une valeur sure dans la région.

25/09/2024: We have come to this restaurant several times. The kitchen is perfect. A big downside to the service which is incredibly fast. Worthy of the best canteens, except that when you go to a restaurant on a Saturday evening with your wife it's to have a good time relaxing. A dish is served, we barely have time to eat before it is taken away and the next one is brought, we don't have time to breathe. It would be good to see this again, personally I won't come back for a relaxing meal despite the excellent food.

19/09/2024: While passing through we discovered this restaurant and a real pleasant surprise, a pleasant welcome, a meal consisting of the daily menus was offered to us.
As a starter, a poultry soup sprinkled with diced salmon.
As a main course, a thick slice of pork confit with carrot puree, purple carrot chips and roasted carrot.
Chocolate mousse dessert.
Simple but 3G menu
Gourmet. Generous. Gourmand .
I recommend.
And hats off to Nathan for his professionalism, availability, friendliness and smile.

So the oysters gratinated with Espelette peppers were delicious but I had a salmon tartare and well there was only salmon, nothing else in it and the salmon wasn't great too bad
