16/01/2026: The food was truly awful. The knives served were full of sand (so they hadn't been washed), basically garbage. The lobster was lukewarm, as was its side dish, and the wait was incredibly long even though the restaurant was only three-quarters empty.

At a time when so many establishments confuse sophistication with culinary frenzy, this restaurant offers, with its €39 menu, a composition of controlled simplicity, almost soothing. Here, the meal is not experienced as a demonstration, but as a promise kept: that of a harmonious, accessible moment, refined enough to leave a lasting impression. The choice of a Minuty served throughout the meal immediately sets the tone. This wine, with its now well-established reputation, unfolds its southern freshness with an almost sophisticated ease. It accompanies the meal like summer light prolongs a late afternoon: without jarring, without abruptness, with a charming fluidity that prevents lunch from becoming heavy and dinner from becoming rigid. One might criticize this choice for its classicism; one would prefer to see it as a form of intelligence. 09/05/2026: Honestly, I was very disappointed with this bowling alley in Freyming-Merlebach. We came to have a good time with my brother, and in the end, they wouldn't even let him in just because he was wearing sweatpants. There was absolutely no understanding, the welcome was cold, and the way they spoke to us was unpleasant. It's outrageous for a simple bowling alley, especially since we just wanted to have some fun. I don't recommend it; there are definitely better places elsewhere with friendlier staff and less strict dress code.

23/03/2026: The food is certainly good, but absolutely unsuitable for people with allergies. I repeatedly pointed out that I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten. The reaction was rather irritated, and the gluten-free bread was served in a basket with the other breads. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect the chef to be knowledgeable about allergies and cross-contamination. I obviously gave up the bread, but I still experienced significant symptoms, which means there was still gluten in the meal. This is unacceptable to me. The service is adequate, but there's room for improvement in terms of friendliness.

16/04/2026: A big thank you to Mireille for her warm welcome and to Stéphane for his excellent pizzas. The parking in front of the hotel is very convenient, and I was able to safely park my electric bike in the hotel garage and then enjoy the cycle paths along the seafront. I appreciated the excellent value for money of this establishment right in the heart of Ploemeur, with its shops and Sunday market.

10/04/2026: Positive points: - The rooms are renovated and clean. - Breakfast is reasonably priced. Negative points: - The hotel faces south and has no shutters. - No air conditioning, resulting in an oven in the room. - Numerous mosquitoes; you have to huddle under the covers, and since it's already an oven, this only makes the problem worse. - The hotel doesn't have its own parking; there is a public parking lot, but it's a blue zone.

24/04/2026: Its fantastic. We went here 4 out of the 6 days , the food is fantastic, the service is fantastic they make jokes and are really friendly its really calm and just nice, its busy here the whole week it shows that its really good! Would recommend!!!
