15/08/2026: The weekend of August 15th, the staff were unfriendly and didn't listen to the customer, leaving us in full sun even though there were shaded seats available. The meal was good, though??? Apparently, the customer isn't king.

15/08/2026: Well, we decided to go here after a recommendation online as one of our last meals in France as a family before going back home overseas. Credits to the chef and kitchen staff. The food was great, fresh and good quality. No issues at all and we enjoyed the meals provided. We arrived on time as per our reservation and found a table also with no issues. After settling in we had to ask for our aperitifs to be taken as we were waiting for over 30minutes assuming someone would attend our table eventually. The outside dining area was filled to about 60-70% capacity with the indoor area of restaurant empty. After being there 50minutes, we decided to ask a waiter if someone could take our order for mains and still waiting for our aperitifs. During our meal it was difficult to get the attention of any waiters and there was no follow ups on any service offered or requested. It was not simply a language barrier as we were there with French family members local to the area. There were a few other issues regarding the service that I could mention but I would rather not carry on and rant about it here. When giving some feedback to the front of house it was explained that the quality of service was affected due to recent renovations. I am not in the restaurant industry but I do not see how completed renovations can affect the quality of service and should not excuse bad attitude toward customers. I hope none of other customers that were there today experienced the same as we did. If so, things need to be managed better. Not good enough, poor service affected the atmosphere of our meal. Which reduced this rating.

30/07/2026: We came for lunch during a long weekend getaway, without a reservation. The welcome was warm, the dishes beautifully presented with care, the flavors were bold, the seasonings were just right—not a single flaw. We'll be back, thank you!

29/07/2026: Very rude service people. We reminded the desert we ordered after our meal, they almost yelled at us saying we should have said up front, which we had. Food was bleak. Ambiance is just what I have in my backyard. The pizzerias around are better.

28/07/2026: Great location for a bite to eat. There is also a nice shaded terrace outside. You can choose from a changing 3-course set menu, but there is also an extensive selection of pizza and they had tasty homemade hamburgers. The host was very friendly and spoke good English as well.

30/03/2026: It's a lovely brasserie, the owner is super friendly, the service is perfect, the food is made on-site, the dishes are well-executed, everything is cooked with fresh ingredients, and the small desserts are very good and well-suited if you still have a little room left at the end of your meal. So I highly recommend eating here if you're in the area; we use it quite regularly, especially for treating our clients. They're never disappointed by the homemade dishes.

20/07/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Les Frères Marchand on Sunday night, just the two of us! The meal was simply delicious, with high-quality ingredients and flavorful dishes. The staff was welcoming, smiling, and very friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the live music on the terrace provided by the young couple Tony and Jane. A very talented pianist and singer, they performed a wide repertoire of songs with great skill. Jane's voice is soft, harmonious, and a real pleasure to listen to—a truly delightful moment. Between the quality of the meal, the warm atmosphere, and the lovely musical entertainment, everything came together perfectly for a wonderful evening. A big thank you to the whole team! We will definitely be back.

20/07/2026: Absolutely not great! It's not only incredibly expensive, but the quality is also lacking. The fries are soggy and bland, even fast food places know how to make them! It's crammed in like sardines, noisy, and generally speaking, the food isn't very good. The tarte flambée is decent, but at €15, that's a good thing. The salads arrived lukewarm when you'd expect a mix of hot (egg, potato) and cold (lettuce, tomato) ingredients, and the seasoning needs improvement. As a bonus, if you need to use the restroom, have a drink beforehand, you never know when you'll be back, you need a map to find it, and don't even get me started on the lack of wheelchair access!

18/04/2026: The owners are exceptionally kind, always smiling and attentive. The cuisine is simply outstanding: generous, flavorful dishes, prepared with passion. You leave completely won over and eager to return very soon. Le Relais Henri IV is a gem. Five stars without hesitation.

A very warm welcome, an excellent meal with fresh, local produce, and lovely service and a pleasant terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and relaxed. 🙂 I don't often give reviews, but this one is more than justified. We recommend it 100%!

27/03/2026: I was out for a walk when I saw what looked like a deer coming out of a truck. I don't know about you, but seeing a dead animal like that traumatized me a bit; it was disgusting. I completely lost my appetite.

03/03/2026: A delicate meal with beautifully presented dishes. I was captivated. Time seemed to stand still. There was no rush. The service was discreet and efficient. The courses arrived in perfect timing. Everything was refined. Bravo to the entire team. I know what it takes to create this experience for us. Thank you. I will be back.

29/07/2026: A really cool spot for a meal with friends. I even recommend using the grill in the summer, as the air conditioning works well, the food is very good and affordable.
