04/11/2025: We went to eat lunch and the staff came to greet us immediately. We ordered a cordon bleu, which wasn't even on the menu, but they kindly prepared it for us. It was the best experience of our trip to Paris.

26/12/2025: After two cancellations without apologies or discounts, we finally managed to eat at the restaurant. The dining room was poorly heated, and we were cold all evening. The meal was good, but nothing special for a Michelin-starred establishment. Other restaurants in the Gien area are worth recommending; they are less expensive, better, and offer more elaborate menus.

11/12/2024: Service, présentation of food is good. Location is by the metro so that’s good too. Visited 6 years ago and it was way better then. Tonight was a disappointment ! Pizza was not bad but the salad and calamari were very oily and tasted off. I would recommend the pizza Parma but not salads or appetizers.

26/09/2024: For several years we have been coming to Clem every month for professional reasons and have had access to the meeting room. We have always been well received by efficient and lovely staff (former team)! And then this summer, we learned in the newspapers that there had been a change of ownership. No call to introduce yourself or explain to us that the card has changed and the prices too!! Well it happens during a launch but the apotheosis was at our last monthly meeting: nothing is done as we were used to (normally the old team is no longer there except an adorable waitress who does her best to manage the room without organization and with a certain pressure: we have heard and seen the behavior of the new boss several times: clearly lacking humility, kindness and HUMANITY I spoke to him on the phone and I have rarely felt so much contempt with a touch. Other people had the same feeling because they had to call and were able to tell him: but no professional or commercial reaction. We had extra dishes, missing dishes. Result I had to start my training with 30 minutes. late and once again, the boss did not deign to come and apologize or do anything!! On the other hand, he can be seen in the corridor and in the restaurant speaking loudly (upstairs in his office or in the dining room); discretion is an important point when looking to “raise prestige”). I will probably not return to Clem because what I need as a professional is a relationship of trust, respect, a lot of humanity, kindness and integrity. I don't find any of my values ​​with them and I'm sorry, especially for the old team which conveyed these values ​​and where we felt the good atmosphere between them. There is still one positive point: the food is good (now that doesn't transcend either, however the wallet feels good!!!)

19/10/2024: An unforgettable stay in an idyllic setting! The estate is a true haven of peace, with breathtaking views of the Corsican mountains but especially of the sea. The warm welcome from the staff made our experience even more pleasant. A huge thank you to Cathy, who, with her attention to detail and her kindness, made our stay even more special. The suites are impeccable, tastefully decorated, and offer all the necessary comfort. A perfect place to recharge your batteries and discover the beauty of Corsica! We will come back without hesitation

19/10/2024: The area is splendid. La Paillote, with its relaxed seaside ambiance, offers delicious and generous cuisine based on fresh local produce. The gourmet restaurant is a true sensory experience. The dishes are prepared with great finesse and each bite is a journey of flavors. The chef and his team gave us a unique moment, both through the quality of the dishes and the refined presentation of the plates. A big thank you to the entire team for their welcome and professionalism.

29/12/2025: First night in Paris and we had Christmas dinner here. The food was amazing. Service was great. If you like duck, it's a must try. I would definitely come next time in Paris.

25/12/2025: I was there without reservation on christmas eve, but i got a table easily and the food portion was more than my expectation, the service was really nice and everyone were taking care of me. I was there alone but i didnt feel alone cause they also put another alone person next to my table so i could falk to them easily. The wine options were quiet good. If you are looking for a local place for cozy dinner and fast service, really recommended.

28/08/2025: Good atmosphere, server quite pleasant overall. On the other hand, rosé is drunk chilled and not at room temperature. Despite our complaint, they just told us that the bottle was in the fridge and that there was nothing more they could do.

14/12/2024: Venus avec nos 2 petits garçons pour manger le midi, nous avons été très bien accueillis par une équipe fort sympathique. Nous avons été bien installés, servis assez rapidement et les repas étaient bons. Nous sommes contents de notre expérience et nous y retournerons à l'avenir.

The food menu is limited, and the food is acceptable. The staff were very nice; they even let us sing karaoke. It's a pleasant place for a drink or a coffee.
