07/06/2026: To be perfectly honest… I came a few years ago and we weren't very well received 😬 But thanks to my partner and the Beer Route organizers, we came back and what a pleasant surprise! 🤩 The service was incredibly friendly with a touch of humor, the terrace was very cozy, and the prices were very reasonable 🤩 We had the generous labneh, which included roasted peppers 🤩 and the Serrano ham 🤩 The beer offered for the Beer Route is delicious and a real change from the usual 😉 We'll definitely be back 🥰🤩👌 Thank you to the team for the warm welcome 🥰

27/04/2026: Family meal Cozy, quiet place with a lovely atmosphere and an open kitchen, allowing you to watch the chef cook. Good welcome and good service. We were a little disappointed by some dishes, particularly the sole meunière, which was quite dry, and the undercooked risotto. The cocktails were also rather disappointing overall, and the strawberry soup was tasteless (the strawberries were bland). Given the price of the dishes, we expected a higher quality experience. It's a shame because the concept is very good. But the prices are exorbitant; they should offer a set menu, even on weekends. Thank you.

26/02/2026: A fantastic spot on Place Grangier in Dijon! 45 Degrés is truly a unique café. The service is exceptional: the servers are smiling, pleasant, and very professional. You immediately feel at ease, and that really makes a difference. The interior decor is magnificent, high-end, and meticulously designed. You can see that every detail has been carefully considered; it's elegant without being pretentious, warm, and truly beautiful. The atmosphere is both chic and convivial. A place where you'll enjoy settling in and returning. I highly recommend it! 👌

24/02/2026: We had dinner there one evening and I must say it was absolutely worth it. Every element of the meal was exquisitely presented, and the cuisine was truly exceptional. The incredibly cozy and comforting atmosphere definitely adds to the experience. The grounds are absolutely stunning. If you're looking to spend a wonderful evening with your partner, whether for dinner or even lunch, I highly recommend this place!

17/02/2026: Unjustifiable value for money: the Bistro disgraces the Gastronomic experience As regulars at the Michelin-starred Colombier*, we wanted to try their Bistro for a meal with friends. It was a bitter mistake. Uninspired cuisine and outrageous prices: Truffle Menu at €85: A disappointment. The flavor is barely perceptible; three truffle "chips" as decoration do not make a flavorful dish. Foie Gras at €28: For two lonely mini medallions, the price is outrageously high. The rest: A duck breast with no particular preparation and overcooked, served on barely lukewarm plates. Unprofessional service: The welcome is casual. Dishes are placed on the table without a word (what are we eating again?), bread and water (€2 per person) must be requested. The worst part? A "child's" portion of truffled Saint-Nectaire cheese to share between two people!!! When we expressed our surprise, the waitress offered an extra portion before changing her mind: "The chef said it's normal." A blatant lack of generosity. While the dessert was good, it didn't redeem an overall mediocre experience. This unpleasant feeling of being ripped off permanently damages the group's image: it makes us absolutely unwilling to spend any more money, either at the Bistro or at the associated Michelin-starred restaurant. Attached is a photo of the "generous" cheese "to share."

13/05/2026: Huge disappointment. Having eaten at this place 6 years ago, I wanted to go back today for their traditional pig's trotter. It's nothing like it used to be. Not the same recipe, and incredibly greasy. The fries tasted like they were from the bottom of a vat. The owner was yelling in the dining room, "Babies, be quiet!" I found that very poor, his humor bordering on the offensive. He claims families and their children are welcome, his so-called jokes are very questionable, and he thinks he's funny too. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I have to share this one.

24/11/2025: A lovely place to discover, with a friendly young owner from Franche-Comté, quality cuisine, excellent wines, and delicious homemade cheeses and desserts. A beautiful terrace in the summer, in a small village with a priory and a charming, timeless garden that's definitely worth a visit.

23/11/2025: As a long-time customer of Père Chaussy, I have tried the Agapons several times. I am not criticizing the work, unfortunately this is the last time, it no longer meets my expectations.

23/03/2026: The food is certainly good, but absolutely unsuitable for people with allergies. I repeatedly pointed out that I have celiac disease and cannot consume gluten. The reaction was rather irritated, and the gluten-free bread was served in a basket with the other breads. In a Michelin-starred restaurant, I expect the chef to be knowledgeable about allergies and cross-contamination. I obviously gave up the bread, but I still experienced significant symptoms, which means there was still gluten in the meal. This is unacceptable to me. The service is adequate, but there's room for improvement in terms of friendliness.
