13/02/2026: We booked this restaurant for 40 people in July 2025 for January 2026. We haven't heard anything from them, even though we paid a €400 deposit. The restaurant is closed, so we had to find a plan B four days before reopening. Avoid them if they do reopen because they still owe us our €400 and they don't answer the phone.

06/02/2026: We booked at the end of the year for a birthday celebration. We paid €400 in advance. At no point were we informed of the establishment's closure. It's impossible to get a refund. No one answers. Avoid this place; don't trust these thieves.

08/03/2026: As a regular customer, I was happy to introduce it to my friends and family. What a disappointment! We couldn't eat at the same time; the dishes arrived one after the other with several minutes in between. We were served a skate wing that turned out to be pollock without being told. We left before dessert. Furthermore, a customer smoked several cigarettes without the owner, who was present, intervening. I will never return.

10/03/2026: Excellent little café-restaurant, charming and perfect for a delicious meal, located at the foot of the church on a small Place St. Pierre with a pleasant terrace. The menu is just right to satisfy all tastes. We opted for the cuttlefish stew with white Martini, served with grilled chorizo, polenta, and rouille (the cuttlefish were caught that very morning at the small port of Noël just opposite), and a very generous Indian Chicken Curry Poké Bowl with marinated chicken, peanuts, cherry tomatoes, avocado, edamame, fried onions, fragrant rice, salad, and curry mayonnaise... Truly delicious. Impeccable, friendly, and welcoming service. Spotless and fun restrooms. Very nice interior decor. I recommend it 200%!

05/11/2025: We went there by chance... (It's best to book ahead.) We initially went for a drink, then were drawn in by the menu. No regrets whatsoever! It's delicious! Simple dishes made with fresh ingredients, reasonable prices, and extremely competent service. A pleasant restaurant in an authentic setting. A real treat!

01/10/2025: Amazing... A large restaurant with a lot of simplicity. No set menus, a real restaurant menu. However, with the tasting menu, you have to let the chef's mood guide you, who adapts to your tastes or food intolerances. A delight for the taste buds, culinary discoveries, surprising and successful combinations... Mmm, the haddock risotto and langoustine carpaccio... The staff is wonderful, friendly, welcoming, attentive, and very professional. Just like chef Mathieu Guibert. When will the *** be? Probably when they reopen ;)

15/02/2026: We came as a couple for Valentine's Day. Everything was perfect. We had a lovely evening, the meal was delicious and refined, and the service was impeccable.

14/02/2026: A wonderful experience, exceptional cuisine with excellent value for money. Plenty of space between the tables, pleasant background music, and a simple, minimalist, and chic decor. A truly lovely place. We had lunch for Valentine's Day today, arriving at noon, and the welcome was genuine, professional, and warm. They always paid attention to our needs, even when the service was running smoothly. Well done and thank you to the whole team; we will be back. I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: Avoid the menu, the auction, a reduced menu, only the fish was okay, the other dishes poorly cooked, no coordination in the service: no napkins at the table, you have to ask for wine, fish sauce and what a wait

21/03/2026: The restaurant was poorly received, lacking in hospitality and professionalism, especially in the food service, which is crucial in this industry and deserves serious attention. What I saw in the advertisements was paradise, but once I arrived, it was a complete nightmare. I will never return. You are served something different from your order without any explanation. Regarding hygiene, I am contacting the relevant prefectural department before this leads to a tragedy that will be blamed on others. The customer is not king at this restaurant. 😡😡 This restaurant is strongly discouraged, especially if you know anything about the industry. I advise against ever going to this restaurant again, and I've been to many restaurants. My advice to them is to ask Kitchen Nightmares for help; it's extremely urgent. 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

15/12/2025: This Léon de Bruxelles in the northern part of Auxerre is typical of the chain: you go there without any surprises, but you know you'll get a decent meal. The menu is, of course, focused on seafood, but offers a few options if you don't like fish. I tried the Léon Casserole, which was good, although the amount of fish was a bit small and probably frozen. Be careful with the garnish: although it says sweet potatoes, it's mostly potatoes (about 80%). The paella was okay, but it's more of a French-style paella, nothing exceptional, and the rice used isn't ideal for this dish. Note that the drinks are quite expensive. Overall: It's a reliable restaurant for a quick meal if you're not looking for anything original. A decent choice.

25/11/2024: Came on a Saturday evening in November, sharing a meal with my teenager. As usual, we are very well received, we eat very well, quickly. (it was even a little too fast, but it's true that we eat rather quickly). The profiteroles were just magnificent! Nice and good portion! It's fresh, it's well done, we enjoy coming here!

02/03/2026: A warm welcome, no fuss, and oysters that were particularly delicious in early March, and a good size for size 3. The Espelette pepper pâté was fragrant, and the white wine from Château Farizeau (Entre-Deux-Mers) paired perfectly with everything. And the price was reasonable for the whole experience; in short, highly recommended.
