03/09/2024: The hotel is well located, the room is comfortable. The staff is available, discreet, efficient. The breakfasts were of high quality, there was no waste. Perfect maintenance and cleaning. This first stay left us with an excellent impression.
31/08/2024: Very welcoming hostess, smiling and very caring upon our arrival.
Our room was large, clean and very pretty. Quality bedding. Not noisy. We can hear the tram running if we really pay attention (not disturbing). No parking but possible to park nearby less than 5 minutes walk (paid space but green zone).
Small negative point about the breakfast (good, correct choice but some small shortages like water, powdered sugar for the cottage cheese for example). Very sticky floor in the breakfast room.

25/09/2024: Vue magnifique sur le bassin d'Arcachon et les pizzas sont un délice les meilleurs que j'ai mangé je recommande fortement personnel très agréable
11/09/2024: les vacanciers sont partis, ils n'enrestent pas énormément, seuls les LOCAUX font vivre les commerces...
Nous y avons consommés des boissons et une gaufre, dite de Liège, plus étroite que la gaufre classique et a la saveur beaucoup plus sucrée.
Service féminin souriant et efficace.
Les prix sont un peu chers dommage.

19/12/2024: BK at the top! Very clean restaurant. Very efficient service, an xxl game for children with trampoline, slide! Well located next to Leclerc. We often come with the children even for a coffee so they can play. We would like the BK to be open from 10 a.m. to enjoy it earlier.
18/12/2024: Correntin received us really enthusiastically, it's a pleasure. I emphasize that it's so rare in this type of structure..and what's more, for once the pickles were removed for all the times requested..no waiting and hot meal. ... a flawless performance well done as long as this is only the beginning of the flawless performance.😉

28/10/2024: Nothing against the young lady at the checkout who is smoking hard but the 2 old guys who are talking discreetly in each other's ears and looking at you while hiding behind them while you wait in the void for several minutes and who show up as soon as the young lady takes your order (close to turning around but out of respect for the young lady I placed my order but I won't come back at all!! Unless the 2 old guys have a problem with my opinion) PS: not even at 20 meter there is an excellent bakery with better products more choice at a good price and polite, friendly and helpful staff
14/10/2024: Enjoyed a late lunch of a pastrami panini on seeded bread. I asked for goat cheese in lieu of cheddar. It was very tasty. Also had a slice of an apple tart that was wonderful along with a beer.

28/09/2024: Malgré certaines remarques dans les avis , Nous avons été très bien accueilli les 2 fois que nous sommes venus dîner. Plats simples mais copieux et de bonne qualité.
Avons passé 2 bonnes soirées.
14/09/2024: Le menu entrée/plat/dessert à 19,50 euros est compétitif, surtout pour la ville d'Arcachon. Le menu est simple mais bon sans être exceptionnel.
Service efficace et rapide.
C'est dommage que la "patronne" soit désagréable, notamment lorsqu'on va payer.

Arriving at 12:45 p.m.... at 3 p.m. we left, without eating dessert because we still had to wait 😡... 2h45 for an aperitif, a starter and a main course... 2 other neighboring tables were also unhappy.
Good starter but with the salardaise potato confit without garlic and parsley???? A burger with more salad than meat... meh
At the checkout, the restaurant owner is as anti-commercial as possible. He refused a commercial gesture on the pretext that we asked for it. He finds the wait normal because, as he says, "it's Sunday and also Mother's Day." So what ? We saw 2 waiters and only 1 cook. If you don't have the team, refuse reservations 😠
Furthermore, you have the nerve to tell me not to make mistakes on the Google review when there are some on your screens and you confirm "ah yes, it's been poorly written for at least 1 year" .
In short, I can only advise you to move on and forget about this restaurant which was very good... a long time ago!
I regret going there with my eyes closed... I should have looked at the other reviews, we are apparently not the only ones to have experienced the same situation 😬
