14/08/2026: Nightmarish... order lost, then found but not at the right time, then incomplete, then the waitress yelling on the phone at the customers whose orders she lost... and after all this, you get no compensation, and on top of that, you pay an extra €1 for a pass of the pizza cutter on your pizzas if you didn't ask for it beforehand!

10/08/2026: The pizza was very good. There was just a slight delay in picking up my order. (No big deal, there are worse things in life, especially right now.) They made up for it with small gestures to make the wait more pleasant and apologized. 🙂🙂 👍🏿🔥

21/07/2026: The lady who works in the tobacco section is lovely, but I think she has hearing problems; she gives out the wrong packs. It's the second time she's done it.

20/07/2026: Our experience was frankly disappointing. There were five of us, and from the very first moment, the service was terrible: scant, listless, and with a constant feeling that serving customers was a chore. To top it all off, a good portion of the menu items weren't available. You couldn't tell if you were reading a menu or a catalog of things that couldn't be ordered that day. The only fault we accept is that we sat down at the first restaurant we found. Lesson learned. The rest is the responsibility of an establishment that should pay much more attention to customer service and offer what it advertises on its menu. We certainly won't be returning, and we can't recommend a place where both the service and the food are sorely lacking.

07/08/2026: Having pointed out repeated errors during my previous visits, I'm unfortunately finding that the situation isn't improving. For a takeout order, the experience leaves much to be desired: Drinks: The soda served was practically flat (no fizz at all). Value for money: The fries in an XL meal were exactly the same size as those in a regular meal. Paying extra for an unjustified larger size is more than unacceptable. Service: Providing only one paper napkin for a complete takeout meal is penny-pinching. Between past oversights and this general decline in attention to detail, customer service and adherence to standards are deteriorating. A shame.

13/06/2026: We had two smoothies for 12€ and they tasted like chemicals. The 'fresh smoothie' came from a carton box and was poured in some sort of smoothie machine. It tasted horrible, exactly like plastic. I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't a single vitamin in it 😂

29/05/2026: May 29, 2026, 3:58 PM Heatwave, 37 degrees Celsius outside. The waitress: Have you decided? Us: Not yet, we're looking at the menu. Could you bring us a bottle of water and three glasses while we choose? The waitress: Oh no, sorry, I'll be finished in two minutes. I'll take everyone's order at once or nothing at all, but I don't have time. Two minutes later, she left the restaurant without taking our order and without water, of course. Luckily, the next waiter she left behind was more pleasant and smiling; no complaints about him. I just want to highlight the unprofessionalism of this young woman, who was clearly in a hurry to finish her shift.

06/07/2026: At 7:10 AM, I called to order 32 pastries for 7:30 AM. They replied "okay," and once I arrived, I was able to pick up my order. All this to say, excellent service; some unexpected or sudden orders are even accepted against all odds. This is just my opinion. Others may have had a different experience.

02/07/2026: No clean tables at 11 am, an unpleasant waitress who didn't even bother to ask if she could get us a glass of fresh milk. As a regular customer, I can say the service and friendliness are simply not up to par. And don't even get me started on the state of the restrooms and the staff who were glued to their phones instead of attending to the dining room and the customers... What a shame.

13/05/2026: Honestly, there's nothing to say. If you're a bettor, you absolutely have to go to Longchamp. With its authenticity and history, no tobacconist on earth can rival it! If you call yourself a bettor and you've never been to Longchamp, you're NOT a bettor!

18/07/2026: The owner always has a kind word, brightening the day. It's a good thing this bar exists for the villagers; it's a lovely place to chat and share gossip over a nice beer. Warm atmosphere.

08/07/2026: Unpleasant, even rude, boss. She told me my package hadn't arrived. Strangely, she's resending it today. Unreliable person. If she doesn't like her job or interacting with people, my advice is to retire.

18/07/2026: One of the last remaining members-only bars in Bordeaux. The music is excellent (disco, house). A friendly, family atmosphere, perfect for night owls looking for nocturnal adventures. Entry is only possible with membership in the association.

10/08/2026: The person serving sushi dropped a pair of tongs on the floor and then put them back for the customers. I had to pick them up and take them back to the counter. The work surface where the food was kept was dirty. The food was mixed up. And the owner walked right past and didn't notice anything. The restrooms were in a terrible state.

30/07/2026: Honestly, the spring rolls weren't fresh, the shrimp were undercooked, and the same goes for the spring rolls. Really very disappointed.
