20/09/2024: Isn't Flunch supposed to be known for being a low-cost restaurant, etc. for fast food? for two a small starter with a hamburger and a dessert each €45 for mediocre or even bad cuisine? the dishes were not good and the cutlery was dirty at the entrance 😕 you might as well go to a basic restaurant….I'm giving it two stars because I had a good laugh with my girlfriend that's all….disappointed because I good memory of flunch when I was little but it has changed a lot….

15/09/2024: We had dinner at Ricardo's 2 evenings ago. We usually go there at least once a year. The service was good. We were disappointed by the quality (taste) and quantity of the two dishes which were really average. So not to be avoided, but the price range is a little high compared to the food served.

10/07/2025: 15 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru, not even an apology or a free product as compensation.

03/07/2025: Ordering from Uber regularly and always a lot of forgetfulness!!!! This is unacceptable!!!

25/08/2024: Worst kebab of my life! I have never experienced this before, the meat clearly smells very bad and although everything has been drowned in tons of poor quality sauces this does not make the taste disappear which is just unbearable, it bites the nerves and the bone in each bite, in short I preferred not to finish it but I was nevertheless sick for several days following this tasting, even the fries were inedible and all for 9€50 with drink, I explained to the boss what I have just described but he made me pay without any commercial gesture even though he had clearly noticed that I had only eaten 2 small mouthfuls of this horror, in short I lost a few euros and a few years of life eating this stuff but one thing is certain: they will never see me again! My advice is not to go there...

08/09/2024: The filet o fish is just a bun with ketchup which is nothing like the posters which show it with salad and tartar sauce while the two bigmacs that we took were flat with very little sauce and no pickles. Coca-Cola and Fanta tasted like water.

07/09/2024: We received our 3 menus 40 minutes after our order. It was cold. In addition, my 12 year old daughter waited 20 minutes for her ice cream to be served. The young, scantily clad girls were served quickly. Everyone looked at her, I had to get up so she could have her ice cream. Knowing that it was placed in front of the kitchen/dining room entrance. What an evening!!!!! Mac do de Biganos is seriously deteriorating in terms of respect and meals.

19/08/2024: We sat down for a coffee. For more than 10 minutes we waited without any waiter looking at us or saying hello. After 15 minutes, we asked a waiter if we could order and he told us to wait for his other colleague. Not a hello, more than 15 minutes of waiting to tell us to wait. So we left. Clearly, nonchalance and antipathy are present at this brewery if there are any fans 😂

15/09/2024: Far too long a wait for a fast food restaurant, almost 30 minutes, plus errors in all our orders. In addition, the wrap was barely folded and the burger was dilapidated. In short, I do not recommend it.

27/08/2024: Too bad I can't put 0, we ordered an egg Mac muffin 30 MINUTES before the departure of our train and when we asked to have it the manager replied: it doesn't matter, he's not going to die. She said, looking at my child who was feeling unwell on the train. So to sum up, we order for €4 all for discomfort and not what we had ordered.
