Arriving at 8 pm to an empty dining room, we decided to sit down anyway. We had come specifically for the méchoui (whole roasted lamb): the waiter confirmed it was available… only to serve us a merguez sausage, a rib steak, and a skewer (grilled meats, not a méchoui!). Their response? "It's written on the menu." €25 for a piece of méchoui? Seriously?
Slow service, unprofessional staff. Avoid if you're looking for a good restaurant in Colmar.

09/01/2026: We couldn’t resist walking past this beautiful shop and weren’t disappointed. The staff were incredibly helpful and more than happy to indulge all our questions. The produce is fresh, as local as possible, and delicious. We came back the next day for more and enjoyed everything we came home with.
13/12/2025: Cynthia created a delicious cheese board for my family to enjoy while on holiday in Colmar. Her attention to detail was next level, ensuring a taste of many different produces. Highly recommend!

22/05/2026: Spacious and clean room, very very friendly and helpfull staff! They have a nice garden where you can have a drink and the breakfast is extensive. We felt right at home!
The hotel is located a bit outside of the center, which makes parking easy. You can walk to the center through a lovely park.

The rooms are spotless.
The location is secluded and peaceful, a place worth discovering.

Everything was perfect!
The terrace, the staff, the varied menu, the quality and presentation of the dishes—we were all won over.
Honestly, bravo!
And what can I say about the wine list! A truly exceptional selection that will leave you dreaming! The owner must be a passionate wine enthusiast in addition to being an excellent chef.
