16/02/2026: I stumbled upon this place by chance. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a cozy spot. The meal was excellent from aperitif to dessert. The portions were generous and the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The atmosphere was just how I like it: relaxed and friendly, with all the staff members present. 24/02/2026: Everything tastes like lamb. If you order the beef couscous, it tastes like lamb. Otherwise, the portions are generous, so you can easily ask for seconds. However, there's leek in the couscous, which was a first for me, and I didn't like it. The owner can be a bit too intrusive, especially with the servers.

30/12/2025: A disastrous experience. The restaurant was completely disorganized, with no management of the service whatsoever. We waited 30 minutes for drinks, then over an hour and a half for our main course, without any explanation or apology. The manager was unpleasant, haughty, and utterly unprofessional. We had to cancel our order and leave after wasting precious time. There was absolutely no respect for the customer. Avoid at all costs.

The Auberge du Mehrbächel offered us an authentic and welcoming setting for one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Thanks to meticulous planning, we were able to fully enjoy every moment without the slightest stress. The preparation beforehand was exemplary: professionalism, attention to detail, and a caring team that perfectly adapted to our wishes. The dinner will remain etched in our memories and those of our guests: farm-fresh products, refined and generous local cuisine, enhanced by the chef's expertise. The flavors, presentation, and quality were impeccable and contributed to making our evening a true feast. A huge thank you to the entire team and the Kornacker family: you were the cornerstone of this wonderful wedding weekend. We wholeheartedly recommend the Auberge du Mehrbächel: this place is a gem, and we will happily return to relive some of this magic!

02/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at the Moulin de la Vallée in May 2025! We recommend it without hesitation: a magnificent mezzanine room with Alsatian charm and a superb garden at the back for the reception and the secular ceremony. Don't hesitate to visit it, it's worth the detour, one of the most beautiful rooms in the area with unbeatable value for money!
