17/05/2026: While visiting Alsace, we wanted to enjoy a traditional, local meal on this public holiday. Le Cheval Blanc was recommended to us for this purpose. When making the reservation, it's amusing to see that the customer suggests different possible times, and the owner immediately gives us a time of her choosing. ^^ The welcome is friendly and warm. We were immediately taken care of and served quickly. The food has everything going for it: quality, quantity, and flavor. Thank you for this wonderful experience. It's a shame you don't accept holiday vouchers.

09/05/2026: The welcome was extremely unpleasant, not even a greeting. The only thing we heard during our visit was, "You have to buy something." There was absolutely no sense of hospitality, and the prices were exorbitant. I absolutely do not recommend it.

24/04/2026: Excellent value for money. Good, unpretentious food. Great service. If you're looking for something flashy, this isn't the place for you; this restaurant prioritizes quality food and a friendly atmosphere over decor. We eat here regularly and are never disappointed 👍

06/04/2026: I am leaving this review with utter disgust! I've been a customer for at least 20 years! I learned by chance (while passing by) that the health inspectors had come and closed the establishment. The problem is quite serious for me... numerous issues, from improper food storage to an uncleaned kitchen, etc. The worst part? Pests are roaming around. In some establishments, problems can arise, but here, they serve customers with all these shortcomings? For us, it's a lack of respect for customers (especially those who have been coming regularly for years). From now on, we will definitely avoid this restaurant. Eric and Cathy Pastuszka

15/04/2026: I dined at this pizzeria two nights in a row with a group of five, and everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally kind: they even offered us a pizza to share while we waited for our orders. Since I was preparing for a sporting competition, they readily agreed to increase the portion of pasta on my plate, a very kind gesture. The atmosphere was calm, ideal for enjoying the meal. And speaking of the food: the portions were generous, the pizzas delicious, the sirloin steak tender and flavorful, and the homemade desserts were all excellent. It's a place where you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and want to return. A big thank you to the entire team!

05/05/2026: I stay at the Hostellerie d’Alsace in Cernay two nights a week for business trips, and it has become a place I particularly appreciate. It’s a 3-star hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms, offering everything you need to rest well after a day of work. The overall atmosphere is friendly and calm, which is really pleasant for regular stays. The hotel’s strongest point is undoubtedly the welcome: the staff are always attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. You quickly feel recognized and welcome. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility and the fact that, whenever possible, I’m given a quiet room overlooking the parking lot. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: the food is truly delicious, and the hotel’s reputation in the area is well-deserved. A great way to discover local cuisine! Special mention also goes to the wine list, with Yvan the sommelier often introducing me to some excellent bottles! The half-board package at €89 is, in my opinion, unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is rather simple, but more than enough to start the day right. The only minor point to note is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but this is quite bearable thanks to the fans provided in the rooms. In short, excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and a place I enjoy returning to every week.

22/04/2026: We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant last night. If you are a vegetarian, this place is an oasis. My wife was so happy to have a good selection of vegetarian dishes; all tasty. I opted for the schwarma chicken, which was also yummy. Do try out this restaurant!

01/04/2026: A quiet restaurant with very attentive and friendly staff. The experience was superb; I highly recommend it. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity served. I was very happy to discover Lebanese specialties. I recommend the hot and cold assortment accompanied by grilled meats. Be sure to try their dessert specialty: Aich el Saraya.

23/03/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! We were a table of six celebrating a birthday. The servers were incredibly friendly; it's the first time I've ever seen anything like it—wow! And this warmth rubbed off on the other customers, as everyone was smiling and singing "Happy Birthday." We ordered the nine-course menu with grilled meats... We left with full stomachs. It was very generous: labneh, hummus, lentils, chicken and beef skewers, meat pastries...

28/04/2026: Everything was very good and delicious. However, the staff were very difficult to deal with, as if they were working against their will. The receptionist, in particular, was unfriendly. The cashier was also very rude. I recommend that the restaurant owner replace the entire staff.

29/04/2026: A truly delightful experience. A warm welcome, and even without a reservation, we were seated exactly as we wished. The outdoor terrace was peaceful and quiet, away from traffic. The interior was very pleasant. The dishes were sumptuous, flavorful, and served with care and attention. We had couscous. I highly recommend this discovery.

12/05/2026: Strolling through Mulhouse's historic center, I was drawn to the building's façade, which is typical of Mulhouse's historic center. • The exterior is that of a historic house with exposed woodwork and light-colored masonry (suggesting a half-timbered style), very common in the region. • At the front, a blue sign with the name "La Crêperie" is clearly visible on the exterior wall. • The windows have blue shutters, adding charm to the small street. • There are often outdoor tables and chairs in front of the establishment (weather permitting). Unfortunately, the day was rainy and cold. I hope to also try their crepes, galettes, and cider.
