10/06/2026: Passing through on our motorcycle, we had lunch at the inn. The daily menu was excellent, and the lamb shank with dauphinoise potatoes was superb. The service was pleasant, and the atmosphere was lovely. I highly recommend it.

31/05/2026: We slept a little further down the road at the inn. In the evening and in the morning, we had a delicious meal at the restaurant.

18/07/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was small, but absolutely perfect for one night. It was modern, comfortable, and featured a very clever design, especially the sliding door leading to the bathroom. The shower was outstanding, with a unique window-style feature that made it feel spacious and stylish. The real highlight, however, was the hotel’s restaurant. Without a doubt, it is the best restaurant in town, and I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. The food was exceptional, with a great selection of delicious local specialties. The frog legs were absolutely amazing, and I also highly recommend trying the escargots they were perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would happily stay here again and definitely return to the restaurant.

05/05/2026: I stay at the Hostellerie d’Alsace in Cernay two nights a week for business trips, and it has become a place I particularly appreciate. It’s a 3-star hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms, offering everything you need to rest well after a day of work. The overall atmosphere is friendly and calm, which is really pleasant for regular stays. The hotel’s strongest point is undoubtedly the welcome: the staff are always attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. You quickly feel recognized and welcome. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility and the fact that, whenever possible, I’m given a quiet room overlooking the parking lot. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: the food is truly delicious, and the hotel’s reputation in the area is well-deserved. A great way to discover local cuisine! Special mention also goes to the wine list, with Yvan the sommelier often introducing me to some excellent bottles! The half-board package at €89 is, in my opinion, unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is rather simple, but more than enough to start the day right. The only minor point to note is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but this is quite bearable thanks to the fans provided in the rooms. In short, excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and a place I enjoy returning to every week.

14/08/2026: A warm welcome awaited us at Gambrinus, recommended by the Corrèze en Mobylette blog. We enjoyed a very pleasant stop in the shade, sampled some excellent beers (a very wide selection), and had a delicious meal. The owner is very kind and even cooked me a vegetarian dish that wasn't on the menu. Thank you again, and we'll be back on our next trip to the area!

24/07/2026: I highly recommend it!! A very good experience with the pizzas last weekend + the Bambino menu for the kids who were delighted, honestly, nothing to complain about. Add to that the delivery driver who brought the order in an Audi, polite and fast, which was really great!! It's a 10/10, we'll be ordering more often

I had asked for a cake to celebrate our daughter's eleventh birthday: not only did the restaurant organize it, but it also offered it for free! The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent dinner in Mulhouse, at prices that reflect the high quality of the cuisine. If we come back to Mulhouse, we will definitely stay here again. It would be nice if you updated your website; it would save people from driving miles only to find themselves in front of a wooden door. July 25 What?! It's closed? The website says it's open! But once I got there, IT'S CLOSED! Is this permanent or temporary? PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!
