22/09/2024: Cuisine excellente IIII.... service déplorable qui nous fait oublier la qualité de la cuisine..... dommage beaucoup de brassage d air ....on oublie le client .....( Pain grillé pour du fois grasb eau cuillère à soupe pour un oeuf parfait...) Bref une fois servi ,on vous oublie.
05/09/2024: Amazing food, stunning. Rooms are comfortable and have external blinds, very quiet. recommend for a stop over, or longer if touring the area. I think nicer than hotels in the cities / towns.

04/09/2024: Very good address. The setting is simple but nicely renovated, the dishes are well presented, copious and above all very good. The service staff are smiling, pleasant and attentive. The chef came to see us during the meal to see if everything was going well for our table. We took the opportunity to congratulate him.
We were there with a person in a wheelchair, access to the restaurant is easy (notify us when you arrive to go through the "private" part of the restaurant.), the toilets are a little narrow with a chair but they are very clean. Very good value for money
Without warmly recommending this restaurant.

Everything is perfect.
Returning from a bath in Germany, we randomly stopped at this restaurant where there was only one unreserved table left.
We had a delicious time.
The fried carp in semolina is really excellent, as are the kidneys.
Without forgetting the homemade duck foie gras..
Absolutely worth discovering.
Friendly and professional..

The welcome is warm, the setting pleasant and decorated with taste and care, the cuisine delicious, the owners of incredible kindness and generosity... You feel at home there. I highly recommend.
10/09/2024: Personally my doctor advised me to go to Chinese next door there is less risk of diarrhea.
I didn't follow my doctor's advice, here I am punished with stomach cramps and the price is not really worth it

15/09/2024: We had reservations. Good reception: we were able to change tables. Very good meal. There is a staircase to go to the toilet, which is not easy for a disabled person.

Desondanks zeer eerlijke prijzen.
Lekker gegeten, vriendelijke bediening.
22/09/2024: Tijdens ons verblijf in Eguisheim nu drie keer bij dit restaurant gegeten en zeker geen spijt van gehad. Drie keer heel lekker gegeten voor een schappelijke prijs. Dit restaurant is populair en doet niet aan reserveringen, dus soms is er kans dat je even moet wachten, maar dat is zeker de moeite waard. De varkenswangen en de zuurkool met vijf soorten vlees zijn erg lekker. De biefstuk is duidelijk anders dan we in Nederland gewend zijn, maar ook heel smaakvol. Voor dit type restaurant zeker een aanrader.

Each dish is an explosion of finely balanced flavors, the plates are magnificent and generous, the service more than friendly. An address put without hesitation in our favorites.

Simple and very good breakfast.

12/09/2024: We just passed by and wanted to stop there to eat. Very warm welcome, even without reservation and the content matched the service... perfect. We were pleasantly surprised to find this level of service in such a remote location. A must do if you pass nearby between two visits
