07/08/2026: Made a last minute decision to eat here, most of the dishes were quite good, the salads were fresh and great flavour. The veggie burger and fries were a bit bland honestly. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

19/08/2026: Overall, a good experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant in Mulhouse. The building is quite attractive, overlooking a small courtyard, where, however, the entire waitstaff was smoking in full view of all the arriving customers. Normally, that's not ideal, but in a Michelin-starred establishment, it's unacceptable. Inside, the decor is beautiful and warm, with a calm atmosphere and well-set tables. The staff was charming from beginning to end, but there were many mistakes during service, including dishes being served that hadn't been ordered. The waitstaff is primarily young and should therefore be assisted by a chef, who was apparently absent (though these young people are, at least, charming!). As for the food, we ordered two Cortile menus at €128 each. Everything was excellent; the fish was melt-in-your-mouth tender and cooked to perfection, as was the meat, which was remarkably tender. The tagliatelle with lobster and morels was quite stingy, neither with lobster nor morels. The dessert, while nicely presented, was very simple (the oranges weren't candied enough, in our opinion, as the overall impression was very bitter, and this bitterness lingered on the palate for quite some time). At €128 for a six-course menu, the price is quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the meat and fish. The wines are good and affordable. Nevertheless, there are several areas for improvement; I'm not sure the star rating is truly representative. The atmosphere was also rather oppressive after leaving the restaurant in the evening, with some rather aggressive young people in the square.

14/08/2026: A great find! 😊 An unusual welcome awaits, with a magnificent Saint Bernard at the entrance—a real teddy bear that instantly brings a smile to your face! 🐶 The food is good, plentiful, and the prices are quite reasonable. The service is very efficient and professional, although I found it a little impersonal for my taste. Overall, we had a great time and I recommend this place.

16/08/2026: As regulars, we find the menus to be of good quality and well-prepared. However, we share the same observation regarding the choice of hot dishes, which are too limited in their fish offerings. The daily selection of beef and chicken on one hand, and meat stews on the other, is no longer sufficient to earn two more stars. Today's cafeteria cannot simply rely on yesterday's principles and must move towards a more diverse and balanced menu, with more vegetarian options.

15/08/2026: Don't go there during a heatwave! 36°C outside, a sign says the room is air-conditioned but they don't use the air conditioning!!! The heat inside the room is unbearable, windows open with the sun beating down, it's hellish... When we mentioned it to the owner, he replied that "it's pointless"... Disappointed by this unpleasant welcome, as customers for years, tables of about 10 people on numerous occasions, and when we told him that if we had known he wouldn't use the air conditioning, we wouldn't have come, his very inspired response was "no problem"... Avoid at all costs... What a shame...

13/07/2026: The website is appealing. The food is sophisticated and flavorful. Summer isn't the best time to dine at this restaurant. There's no effective air conditioning inside, and the courtyard quickly becomes an oven.

10/08/2026: We come to eat on the terrace after work. The menu has a good selection. The service is quick. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and energetic.

22/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise. Excellent charcuterie platter. Very tasty meat dish accompanied by fresh vegetables. Very good and generous portions.

03/08/2026: Initially, it was meant to be a quick stop on our journey, but we received such a warm welcome from the owner, who took such good care of us, and the atmosphere was so peaceful, that we left late! The setting is typically Alsatian, with beautifully crafted chairs, but what truly stands out is the quality of the meal: smoked wild boar ham prepared by the chef and pork cordon bleu made with meat from their own farm. Delicious! Our next meal here won't be just a stopover; we can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
