22/02/2026: I ordered braised pork on Uber Eats on February 22nd. It was a single piece, undercooked and too salty. €25 for that? (including Uber Eats' service fees, of course). I'm very disappointed. I'm not trying to be negative, but this restaurant is overpriced.

21/02/2026: I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le GT. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt inviting — elegant but not intimidating, lively yet still comfortable. The staff were attentive in the best way, always present when needed but never overwhelming. The food was the true highlight. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour — you could taste the care and creativity behind each plate. The roast fish perfectly tender and inviting A restaurant that not only serves excellent food but also understands the art of hospitality. I left with a full heart, a satisfied palate, and every intention of returning soon.

14/03/2026: I've been to this restaurant twice, and it's my number one Italian restaurant in Alsace. The pizzas are generously topped, and the extras are definitely worth it. The service is very good, and the atmosphere is great.

20/01/2026: A very good restaurant where everything is a delight for all the senses. The owners and waitresses are very friendly, and there's a large parking lot in front. The only slight drawback is the entrance, which isn't very well signposted, but that's a minor detail!

08/03/2026: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The restaurant is simply excellent, a delight, and the staff are incredibly attentive – well done and thank you! Regarding the relaxation area, it lacks a proper rest room, and the overall space needs improvement (sauna and hammam), which is a shame. However, the pool is fantastic. I recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! 💖 Our room was perfect. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the gourmet menu. The service, the food, the welcome—everything was perfect. The breakfast was truly comprehensive with a wide variety of choices and excellent products.

30/12/2025: Honestly, well done. If you can't manage your internet properly to display your opening hours, at least make sure your answering machine leaves a message saying you're closed. How are we supposed to know when you'll be open or not now? Super professionalism 👎

19/02/2026: I wanted to book for 2 adults and 1 child under 2 years old. In the background of the conversation, I heard, "Is room 1 still available?" The answer was, "Yes, for how many?" "2 adults and 1 child!" No! Deplorable behavior, and they didn't even have the sense to hide the phone. Pathetic.
