01/03/2026: Very disappointed last night. The seafood pizza was really poorly topped: four mussels, empty shells, and no prawns, unlike usual. I pointed this out, and they brought me two in a small bowl… The waiter replied: "You'll make up for it with dessert." 🤣 Very little topping for the price! And to top it all off, I got food poisoning last night from the only seafood on the pizza. Slow and unpleasant service. We used to come often, but this experience makes us hesitant to return.

22/02/2026: It's a good restaurant, the staff are welcoming and the service is quite fast. The pizzas are very good, the food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable.

30/01/2026: I've been going to this restaurant at least once a month for the past few years, sometimes every week, because it's always like visiting friends—you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The owner, Yann, and his family are lovely. The dishes are only spicy if you ask for it. There's a wide variety of choices. My favorites are the mint lassi, the salmon tikka, the Kashmiri rice (with raisins), and the semolina and coconut dessert, "kesari." The recently renovated decor is superb and exotic. It's best to make a reservation, but there's usually a way to get a table. 🙂 Maison de l'Inde, the restaurant you absolutely must go to in Saint Louis.

15/03/2026: We stayed for two nights. There was nothing to complain about; the reception was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Dinner at the Hotel Munch was fantastic. We'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: A lovely little hotel right in the heart of town. All the wineries, restaurants, and vineyards are easily accessible on foot. It's also a short walk to Hohen Königsburg Castle. The rooms are clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

23/11/2025: A nice, very traditional restaurant. The service is particularly slow, but the staff is friendly and pleasant. The portions are a bit small for most of my group.

09/11/2025: There were six of us. Naturally, everyone ordered something different, but that wasn't a problem at all. We received excellent and extremely friendly service from the owner himself; all our requests were promptly fulfilled, and we felt truly welcome. Regarding the food, it should be noted that the appetizers were a bit poor value for money. We're not big eaters, but the appetizers were very small. The main courses were of good quality, but again, they lacked that final touch. Dessert was standard, so it was fine. Drinks were reasonably priced, with a slight Swiss influence. The interior has been completely renovated, but it lacks a bit of atmosphere. The overall impression was that we could have received a bit more for the prices charged. Nevertheless, it's worth a visit, as we're really nitpicking.

22/03/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order for lunch at work today because we wanted a salad. My colleague ordered a Caesar salad (€18.50) and I ordered a burrata salad (€20.50). It was good, but the salad portion was rather small... oddly enough. No bread? The value for money was appalling. And the worst part: they didn't answer the phone at 1:30 PM, even though the lunch rush was over. In short, first and last time. March 22, 2026: Thank you for this feedback. If you adjust the price to fit your containers, you should also adjust the price accordingly. A burrata salad at this price would require two containers, or perhaps you should halve the price!

20/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! Warm welcome, fast and very professional service. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We enjoyed 🍽️ tagine, couscous, and beef fillet with morel sauce… and frankly, we loved it! 😋 The desserts were just as delicious 🍨: perfect ice cream sundaes and a superb homemade fruit salad. I highly recommend it! 👍

02/03/2026: I love discovering new places, those spots where you can have a great time. The Caveau Saint Pierre is a perfect example. Located on the riverbank, in a traditional Alsatian setting, you're greeted politely and kindly. The cuisine is Alsatian, and we ate a typical local dish that our mothers used to make for us—though not nearly as good—40 years ago (I'll let you do the math on that): vol-au-vent with Alsatian pasta. It was delicious, a rare and precious trip down memory lane. Frankly, while there's an explosion of those cheap, impersonal restaurants trying to convince you that you're going to eat the food of our childhood, come to Alsace and you'll see how refined and flavorful it is. With that, I opted for the amazing Grinch cocktail! And what a surprise the crème brûlée was, made right before your eyes. In short, my sweetheart, with her lovely green eyes, and I adored our meal in this tavern so much that I'm keeping my review serious. It's good, it's effective, everything we love!
