07/08/2024: Good food - we had pasta dishes - at resonable price. We visited on a very busy evening, but the service was good. We really appreciated the visit and can only recommend this restaurant. Very central, but not old town centre busy:)

Book and come, come and book, whatever the order, don't pass by without stopping.
Real consideration of consumer well-being. A discreet, simple but effective service.
We feel good there.
21/08/2024: Large selection of tarts flambées, savory and sweet. They are excellent. Special mention for the forester with garlic-parsley mushrooms and the one with raspberries! Very beautiful setting, in the heart of the village. Remember to book.

19/12/2024: Very bad experience, which is a shame because I really liked this place. Arriving at 6:30 p.m. with a friend to eat, we were very well received and served. Everything was going wonderfully until the manager asked us to leave around 8 p.m. because the second service was starting!!! Of course, we had finished eating....
It would have been wise to tell us before! Unsuitable business practice.

05/01/2025: We recommend +++ this charming little hotel in the beautiful valley of Munster. We spent 3 nights there with our children. Everything was perfect! The welcome and kindness of the owners, the meals, the rooms, the brand new bedding, and the location close to several small Vosges ski resorts.

It's hard to make the waitress smile. The Alsatian reception was not very positive among my friends from the interior, except for the Parisians who are used to a lack of friendliness.

23/08/2024: Today we visited Kas'Fratz with the children. The atmosphere and restaurant are rustic. The food came quickly and everyone enjoyed it. Tarte flambée is almost always available in Alsace. :)
Only the waiter's mood towards Germans doesn't seem to be the best - with a serious expression and from our point of view we were served almost unfriendly. Well....all in all we ate well and would like a little more hospitality....
