30/07/2024: Bad luck, my partner who often frequents this restaurant with his work colleagues, invited me to eat the daily menu, this Friday (07/26). Worse than worse, we can't do, even for a novice, especially if he starts with a budget of €16.20... Starter: 2 peas, 3 beans, a floret of broccoli, a radish and a bit of lamb’s lettuce. Almost non-existent dressing. Good for a vegetarian, but, I'm not!!!! Dish: super rubbery squid (I had trouble digesting it), soft and overcooked rice, as for the sauce, I think the salt shaker escaped the cook's hands. Well, for me, it will stop there....ah yes, still, the tomato juice was good

18/08/2024: Les plats sont soignés, bien assaisonnés dans un joli cadre. Il est fort dommage que tout cela soit gâché par un service extrêmement long (1h entre chaque plat). Arrivés à 19h 30 nous avons terminé le repas à 22h30 pour un simple menu 3 plats. Le soir arrivant, nous ne voyions plus les plats servis car pas de assez lumière au niveau des tables extérieures d'où la photo du plat sombre. Je n'ai pas pris la photo du dessert car on n'y voyait plus rien. En demandant à la patronne si on pouvait avoir une bougie sur la table pour voir un peu ce qu'on mangeait on m'a argumenté qu'ils avaient commandé des éclairages mais qu'ils n'étaient pas arrivés. Madame si je puis vous donner un conseil, pour quelques euros vous allez en attendant chez ACTION chercher quelques bougies et quelques bougeoirs pour le confort de vos clients. Quelques coussins sur les chaises en plastiques ne feraient pas de mal non plus car 3 heures sur ces chaises très dures... Comment dire ouïe ouïe ouïe ca fait du bien quand on se lève. Un petit au revoir à la fin du service serait aussi le bienvenu.

20/08/2024: I ate there while on vacation, to my surprise there was room. The decor is very surprising because some elements are recycled if you pay attention. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and the crepes are incredibly good, both sweet and savory.

14/09/2024: On a terrace after a nice 14 km walk...a good cold drink to recover...the emotions. The pleasant welcome is busy straight away from the dog, very cool water, a terrace for those last rays of sunshine

Book and come and enjoy good food in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with always attentive service. THANKS NB: Possibility of having your meals delivered to you in HACCP-adapted boxes. An excellent idea.

24/07/2024: We fell in love with the infrastructure of this typical hotel in the region. We were welcomed with the smile and humor of a receptionist that we will not forget, she brightened our stay! The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable, we will come back, me and my darling, without hesitation!

04/07/2024: The hotel-Restaurant at l’EPOQUE was truly incredible. However, the establishment was taken over a few months ago so I took the liberty of changing the name of the hotel restaurant because unfortunately there is no longer an À la Vignette restaurant at the moment and the necessary not been done on the owner's side..

26/07/2024: carte très limitée, prix excessifs pour des portions pas vraiment généreuses. Escalope viennoise presque carbonisée, frites froides et dures. Cafés servis avant les desserts. Patron peu enclin à faire un geste commercial, disparait assez rapidement

18/07/2024: Ashamed Yesterday, 07/17/24, we tested the “Guingette” version of your establishment which seemed to be promising based on all the reviews. We arrive at 7:40 p.m.… beautiful atmosphere and friendly decor. The cards arrive quite quickly by a waitress and 3 seconds later another waiter (the great hero of our misadventures) arrives and asks us if we have chosen. To which I respond that we didn't have time to read the maps. The waiter leaves a little annoyed but this seemed to indicate a fast service, which is not bad. A few minutes later we order an aperitif, a Caesar salad to share as a starter, and a prime rib for two. We were served the aperitif and then quite quickly the Caesar salad, which seemed to us to be rather small for the price… but almost at the end of our salad, so late after the first, a second plate of Caesar salad arrived. So we are surprised.. the waitress told us that it was to make it more convenient. Good intention but it would have been more judicious to take both plates at the same time. Around 8 p.m. we had finished our salad. At 8:40 p.m., still having our plates empty of salad, I called the waiter to find out if the prime rib was ready soon (seeing that it was starting to take a long time... and so that there was no forgetting unfortunate). Here is the response from the server: “Um, you know how things work in a restaurant???? If you still have your plates, it’s not ready!!  » To what extent can the waiter of a restaurant of your standing, even in a tavern version, dare to speak in such an insolent, casual and disrespectful manner towards customers. Inadmissible. So we left before the prime rib arrived, with half a Caesar salad in each stomach. The dishes looked appetizing but your service was mediocre and absolutely not up to par and even less so given your prices. Obviously, no commercial gesture was made regarding the few meals and drinks consumed.

25/07/2024: A well-known, unmissable, friendly place... I'm running out of superlatives! Certainly, this place no longer needs to be presented, but deserves to be reminded to everyone how pleasant it is to abandon oneself there. I don't just go there to eat, I go there to taste, savor, pause time to better appreciate the flavors, the setting, the service... and my darling

21/09/2024: Côté cuisine, très bons plats et desserts de brasserie Côté service, équipe de serveurs accueillants, souriants malgré l’affluence de touristes qui n’attendent pas que les tables soient desservies pour s’installer n’importe où alors que le chef de rang leur demande d’attendre 😉 Bonne brasserie située dans le ❤️ historique de Colmar

18/09/2024: A wonderful discovery, this restaurant was a culinary revelation. Indeed, during my visit, I had the opportunity to taste their pizzas, which really won me over. So I went back to have their pasta and unsurprisingly, they also won me over. Finally, their dessert, especially the tiramisu, left me on a perfect note. In addition, the service is very fast and the atmosphere is great :) I highly recommend this restaurant!

21/09/2024: Very warm welcome, always attentive and good advice. Simple but excellent cuisine. We will come back. Very good atmosphere. The staff always has a smile. The exterior of the hotel is well decorated with flowers.

28/09/2024: Great recommendation! The restaurant is very authentic, from the food to the decor to the service. The food was super tasty, the selection was great (also a lot of vegetarian + vegan) and the waiting time was very short.

16/09/2024: Similarly to the woman who posted last week, I just happened by the restaurant while out for a pick up meal in the rain. I’ve been in France for two weeks and the Tangine chicken was the best meal my wife and I have had yet!
