17/12/2025: Review of the restaurant only. Weekday lunch. Generous portions, decent atmosphere and service, prices are average. Well-prepared and tasty Alsatian specialties. The beckaoffa and the bouchée à la reine are worth trying. Returned in early December 2025 for dinner. It's really good.

17/12/2025: Wide selection...fast and friendly service. Good food...delicious desserts.

04/07/2026: Terrible service, they didn't even show me the menu and it seemed like they didn't want to sell anything.

01/07/2026: The sashimi was cut very coarsely, in chunks; the uramaki was very poorly made with very bad rice, and there was a large quantity per piece, lacking flavor. The price was very high relative to the service and quality. To be avoided.

20/01/2026: The food is simple but good, and that's exactly what we want! There's a wide selection of sandwiches and other items at very affordable prices, the service is very fast, and it's open until late and close to the train station (about 5 minutes). I had the American-style burger with a hamburger patty in a brioche bun with a generous portion of fries! I highly recommend it!

10/12/2025: Great! Never disappointed! I sometimes pop in at lunchtime for a quick bite between appointments. Inexpensive, good, and fast when I call from nearby. 👌🏼

30/06/2026: Braised ham undercooked. Potatoes undercooked.

12/08/2026: Almond croissant. You have to search for the almonds, and the butter? Forget about it. The staff is incredibly unfriendly. You get the feeling you're bothering them. The Earl Grey, received flavored black tea. Avoid at all costs.

18/08/2026: Excellent tacos, always superb with every order. They never forget anything, even the sauces are always topped up. The taste is truly fantastic, well-seasoned and not too greasy. The staff is quick and friendly, even during rush hour. The prices are reasonable for the quality offered. I highly recommend this taco place; it's become a sure thing!

14/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome! After paying for the showers and toilets, access was very easy and straightforward. There's a bivouac area behind the hostel, perfect for pitching your tent peacefully in the protected natural area. (Admittedly, it's a bit difficult to hammer the tent pegs into the gravelly ground that's still being prepared, but with a little perseverance...!)

10/08/2026: An inn that's unlikely to last at this rate... We've been coming to the region for several years and this is our first real disappointment... We were looking forward to hiking down the trail to relax, but it won't be there after all... It's a real shame because, despite the location being its strongest point, the welcome and service are underwhelming and don't represent the region at all (which is so warm and welcoming). Fellow tourists, the owner is ready to take your money without a second thought and without a smile, just like the person in the kitchen... If you're looking for a frosty atmosphere but a beautiful setting, you'll be welcome 😂 P.S.: Thanks to Paul (a young seasonal worker) who was the only bright spot in this otherwise bad experience.

18/06/2026: Great bar! Wide selection of drinks, from cocktails and beers to soft drinks, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is fantastic, friendly and lively without being too noisy. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. Perfect for a great night out with friends. Highly recommended!

02/08/2026: Tried it several times and never disappointed, quite the opposite! Fresh ingredients, delicious and perfectly cooked pizzas, and a truly pleasant welcome with smiles (which are so rare these days among shopkeepers). In short, I'm a fan, especially since the service is fast 😁

05/06/2026: I live in the 13th arrondissement and I was craving pho for lunch, and the pho here is just as good! The service is very pleasant too, I'll definitely be back :)

09/08/2026: We both started with the onion soup, which was incredibly watery and tasteless. Even adding salt barely helped. I had the Wiener Schnitzel with fries, and somehow the fries were less crispy than boiled potatoes. My friend had the stew, which was decent, but tasted like something mass-produced rather than freshly prepared. Overall, this was by far the most below-average meal we had during our trip, especially considering how expensive it was. Unfortunately, the service made the experience even worse. The waitresses were rude and unfriendly, and we seriously considered leaving multiple times. As we had just arrived in the city and, with everything else fully booked, decided to stay. Honestly, I would recommend staying away from this place

03/07/2026: Creative menu, excellent wine list ("Cellar Book"), competent and friendly service, top-quality ingredients, and great value for money. The air-conditioned dining room was kept at 27 degrees Celsius, which was so pleasant! We had a truly wonderful evening with the tasting menu, and we will definitely be back! Many thanks to Thiébaut and the entire team. Bravo!

15/08/2026: The food here was fantastic - a small menu, so they do everything very well. We were especially impressed by the wine selection, which had a really unique mix of wines from the region as well as the rest of france. You can actually walk into their cave and pick your wine yourself. Then if you want to take some home, its 30% off of whatever price you see. We had a cocktail each, a great bottle of biodynamic orange wine, and ordered almost one of everything in the food menu (salad, bo la lot, the comtois flambé, fries, cheese plate and the mousse), all of it waa great. Also took a great bottle of red home for 18eur so overall very reasonably priced especially for the quality. Would absolutely recommend.

11/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise. The dishes were made with fresh ingredients and were very well prepared. The Vietnamese dish, Pho Ga, in Alsace, was incredible and delicious (according to a Vietnamese person). The service was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it.
