03/05/2026: Takeout order. We had foutou with palm nut sauce and meat; the dishes were delicious. The restaurant is very nice; I'll definitely be back to eat there! 😍

12/04/2026: Very disappointed. We didn't quite understand the concept of a "menu," which usually means either a starter with a main course or a main course with dessert (for example, if it's a meat dish like the ribeye of the week, the side dish is automatically served with it). But to charge extra for the side dish... I'm in the food industry, and honestly, it's the first time I've ever seen this. You order a main course as part of a set menu and then have to pay extra for the side dish, not to mention the double billing. And the price is just exorbitant: a braised chicken leg, a small container of ndolé (a type of sausage), a small container of plantains, and a miondo (a type of sweet bread) for €55 with a drink? Wow! Really disappointed with the experience. I don't recommend it.

30/04/2026: One star because we can't give less... We sat on the (empty) terrace for 25 minutes and no one came to take our order. So we went to Kraft Point right across the street, where we were served in 4 minutes despite the crowds (plus they had a great selection of beers). I recommend it!

24/04/2026: Great restaurant. We ate there two days in a row because we liked it so much. It is small, so it is better to make a reservation, but luckily they had a spot when we arrived. The children have never eaten so well. (And my wife and I have rarely eaten so well either). Very friendly service (also German-speaking, because our French isn't great). Service with a genuine smile and friendliness towards the children as well. The filet de boeuf sur pierre was exquisite! The next day, the asparagus with 2 types of ham and 2 sauces was delicious. The scampi and the scampi salad with asparagus for the children were wonderfully flavorful. True love for food, you can taste it. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: There's almost nothing to complain about here, except for the somewhat spartan breakfast with its limited selection. A buffet would have been nicer for dinner, as the set menu wasn't to everyone's taste, although it was still very tasty. The sauna and pool are fantastic!

24/04/2026: If I could give it zero stars, I would. Always the same meat, never any chicken kebab. And the wait? Don't even get me started! 40 minutes for two doner kebabs when there's nobody there. People who ordered 30 minutes after me got theirs before me. It's always the same thing. You might as well cook at home if you're going to wait 40 minutes every time! Never again.

10/05/2026: No quality of food is worth visiting this restaurant given the disgraceful attitude of the people who own and work there. We arrived promptly at noon with more than enough time to enjoy a relaxed two-course lunch before our son’s football match at 3pm. From the moment we declined ordering wine, the elderly hostess/owner made it clear that we were an inconvenience to her. At 12:45, after they took our order, we asked for bread as our two kids were getting hungry. She declined our request and said it would be served when the time was right. Service only deteriorated from there. After finishing our meal, our empty plates sat on the table for over 20 minutes without a single member of staff asking whether we needed dessert, coffee, or even the bill. Eventually, because we needed to leave for our son’s match, my husband asked for the check. The owner responded that she “didn’t have time” to prepare it. Ten minutes later, after asking again, she told my husband that if he was “in such a hurry” he should “better manage his time.” And she said it loudly enough for other patrons to hear. The arrogance and hostility were astonishing. We were customers who had done nothing more offensive than decline wine and ask to pay after waiting an unreasonable amount of time. No meal, regardless of quality, excuses being treated with such contempt. To the owner: please do not work with people - you should be ashamed of yourself. It's no wonder you have a sign on your door saying you are hiring. Who in their right mind would want to work in your presence? It's never too late to learn manners. P.S. Booking two hours for a two course meal is more than a reasonable amount of time to expect for a meal. Get over yourself.

10/05/2026: An unforgettable weekend in this charming hotel, in a pretty village a few kilometers from Colmar, surrounded by vineyards, in a peaceful, secluded location (the village is at the end of a cul-de-sac). The owners are delightful, always attentive to their guests (many of whom are regulars). The room was spotlessly clean and functional. As for the food, all the dishes are prepared with high-quality, seasonal, local produce. The portions are very generous and beautifully presented. The lovely staff reflects the owners: the husband and son are the chefs of the restaurant, while the wife manages everything else (a firm hand in a velvet glove 😄). A huge thank you for this wonderful experience.

01/12/2025: A fantastic place to hang out with friends! The atmosphere is incredible, and the welcome from the managers and the entire Loca team is truly warm. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Whether you want to chat, enjoy good music, or simply have a friendly time, it's the perfect spot. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great night out. By far the best lounge in Mulhouse: a real gem, I recommend it 100%!
