12/09/2026: One of the best, if not the best, within a 30km radius. Fresh, fast service, and on top of that, he's a master kebab maker. His meat is delicious and melts in your mouth. Nothing like those pseudo-chains selling frozen meat from Germany. Plus, he's got a great sense of humor. A must-try!

31/08/2026: The food was excellent. The dishes we ordered were very good and generous, although the wait was a bit long. However, the service was disappointing. A waitress spoke to a table without even looking at her customers and had the nerve to call them "fatso" because they had finished their plates, and the parmesan was simply unacceptable. It's a shame because we used to enjoy going to this restaurant. This meal was our last.

The homemade dinner and breakfast, featuring local products, were excellent; we thoroughly enjoyed them. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay that allowed us to recharge. We highly recommend La Bacchante!

You're not already making enough money off people without removing the only worthwhile offer... The quality of the food has been declining for years, and the service is even worse... 09/10/2026: I ordered takeout this evening from the Carspach restaurant. Order 4092 (€56.30). As always, the wait was long even though the restaurant was far from full. When the order arrived, I checked it (we've known the place for years). The McWrap was missing. I went to point it out at the counter, without bringing my bag back! The staff clearly didn't trust the customer, since they took my bag without a word and brought out all the sandwiches... The fact is, the McWrap was missing. Since the staff are used to making mistakes, we ordered it again immediately! They gave me back my bag, and 5 minutes later, I got the missing sandwich, without any apology or courtesy (typical, it's McDonald's)! When I got home, I noticed that the other sandwiches and the fries were barely lukewarm. The best part of the whole story was the behavior of the manager for the evening (a petite blonde with glasses who was probably taking her break with her boyfriend, and it must have given her muscles, or wings, I'm still not sure!). While I was waiting for my order, she was loudly ordering her colleagues around, telling them to be quieter; then she was complaining about this person, and then that one! When the server put my sandwich in my bag, I said aloud: "With our sincerest apologies for the oversight and the wait!" The manager gave me a rather disapproving look, adding: "Of course!" I pointed out to her that it would have been nice if that had come from the server to the customer, and not from the customer themselves, ironically! She politely suggested I stay away from your restaurant! At McDonald's, you don't come for the staff's politeness, you come to eat a sandwich. However, since the customer is king, they deserve a minimum of respect from the McDonald's employees, who do nothing but complain! If you need another negative review on Google, we'd be happy to provide it! It won't change your life or the restaurant's business, but it still highlights the restaurant's lack of politeness and respect towards its customers, who pay to be mistreated!

13/08/2026: Absolutely flawless! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The fish was beautifully cut, the sauces were delicious, and the homemade buffalo milk ice cream had exceptional flavors: black sesame, red bean, wakame, green tea, and ginger, all made by the owner himself. The restaurant is small and quiet, and the air conditioning was just right—not too strong, not too weak. My children and husband loved the maki and the chicken curry udon. A real gem for raw fish lovers! It's a shame they're closing soon...

14/07/2026: ⚠️ The owner is retiring in 6 weeks, so take advantage of it! ⚠️ Having frequented classic sushi restaurants, I was expecting the same thing. Well, not at all! It's much more subtle, and we're not complaining. The salad is very fragrant with sesame, the vinegared rice is well-seasoned, the fish is incredibly tender, the gyoza are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth, and the ice cream is rich, creamy, and has original flavors (if they manage to make me like ginger, hats off to them!). Try things you're not used to, or even things you don't usually like; you'll be pleasantly surprised 😉
