03/08/2024: Coming regularly to the bowling alley, I am enormously disappointed with the “waitresses”, they speak badly, a lot of hypocrisy in this brand.

Having come 3 weeks ago, we ordered a kebab baguette, the baguette was half frozen and really disgusting cold!
03/08/2024: I went there with my family and was refused entry, saying that my son was jogging. So we ask for correct attire and I see some with helmets and jogging pants!? Should someone explain to me the word about CORRECT ATTIRE REQUIRED!? Too bad never much this place...

And the premises we do not have access to the toilet for the needs we have no soap in the sink so hygiene is not there at all

The staff at Poulailler de Hirsingue is knowledgeable and offers prompt service, making each visit pleasant and hassle-free. Their efficiency and courtesy are appreciable.
The premises are well appointed and impeccably clean. With plenty of tables available, it's easy to find a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the appeal of the place.
However, the quality of the products is average. The dishes are OK but don't particularly stand out. Regarding the prices, they are a little high compared to the quality of the products offered. A price review could make the experience more satisfactory
11/07/2024: The baguettes are not cooked they are white when we asked the saleswoman she told us they are perfect, there were several of us who thought about it. If you go to a bakery you won't find this kind of baguette, sorry but a white baguette is not cooked. Very disappointed.

17/05/2024: Very nice owner for sure but 1h30 wait before ordering and the menus let's not talk about it frog legs much too fatty and only 9 on the plate. My husband had a miniature schnitzel and it was served on dessert plates. We went there on May 10th and today I'm still sick and it's been going on since we ate there. Hostel to absolutely avoid for your own good.

02/09/2024: I am used to going to several Poulaillon restaurants, this brand was my favorite bakery when I came to this one I was terribly shocked by the staff, two women and one man in particular who criticized me for my appearance when I was there. returned my husband who saw the scene was also shocked by such a lack of respect towards the customers the two probably jealous woman criticized my body and my face the man when he laughed and criticized me in turn It's been a month since I've been able to get over it. I'll never put a foot in the door again. The restaurant was very dirty and no one was served properly. They also forgot to give me €5 back when paying. let's hope they didn't put them in their pocket THIEF!!!!!

Excellent service
15/08/2024: The dishes were very good and the waiter very welcoming and pleasant. The wine (pinon noir) wasn't great but other than that everything was great.
The desserts are also worth it.

22/08/2024: Really disgusting tacos which end up in the trash because I am allergic to cream even though I asked for the samurai impossible to leave a comment on uber for not having cream to avoid unpleasant surprises as a bonus the tacos are full of fries which are still doing their thing in 2024 fries and cream in the tacos? thanks again
08/08/2024: We arrive with a gift voucher of 10 euros which they "gave" for the end of year fair so at the beginning of July on the voucher no expiry date...the Mr tells me that the voucher is no longer valid...the joke..so we took a menu which was frankly ordinary (6nuggets and fries and a drink) 7€ and then the one who received us....frankly unfriendly we had the impression of pissing him off
We tried it...we will never go back there again

04/09/2024: I have been going to this recycling center for years and the staff are very unfriendly. Recently I had a refrigerator and some things to empty. I had to go to Illzach to empty my bulky items. Today I am being questioned to find out which town I come from, one of the two times was new but the second was the one that turned me away. So we shouldn't be surprised by wild dumpsites!!!!!!!!!!
