We saw everything tasted with our eyes before our taste buds!!! You absolutely must book this establishment which will offer you exceptional menu choices with original flavors. The service is perfect in an intimate setting that is both inclined to party. I won't tell you any more! Yes! Ask to be close to the show that the very friendly chef will reserve for you, it's definitely worth it. We will go back soon....

20/07/2024: 🇯🇵It's the first time as I go there every day. Perfect in terms of taste too bad very few vegetables or even none at all in the fried noodles with shrimp 😭, but I will come back without problem and I will ask for more sautéed vegetables and will taste the other flavors which are also delicious 😋, staff very attentive to their customers and pleasant which is very important. Small nicely decorated outside terrace and indoor room with places if you want a little privacy, thank you for your welcome. I highly recommend 💕.

06/09/2024: Très satisfait d’avoir découvert ce restaurant japonais de Strasbourg, installé le long d’un quai et proche de la gare. L’accueil est souriant, le service est efficace ! La cuisine est excellente, j’ai testé les sashimis de saumon que j’ai beaucoup appréciés ainsi que des nouilles udon au poulet parmi les meilleures que j’ai dégustées ! Elles sont servies notamment avec des courgettes découpées en julienne, de la coriandre, des oignons …un régal ! Côté vin, pas de mise en lumière de vignerons qui travaillent en biodynamie ou nature. En résumé, un japonais classique tout à fait recommandable !

14/08/2024: Cuisine typically in the Japanese spirit: apparently Spartan but full of finesse and delicacy: Japanese refinement. Quantity perhaps a little tight for Westerners but the quality and taste are there. The little Fujiyama of taste buds in La Rochelle. The boss-chef doesn't care about the customers at all: a Professional, very pleasant indeed. The only downside is that the service is a little too long, but this is explained by the fact that the owner, alone, prepares fresh and tasty products for you and not dishes prepared in advance and that the lady is the only one to serve. . In any case, I will return there because the waiting time is rewarded by the qualitative content of your plate. Score: 17.33/20. And the prices are particularly fair for the high quality offered. Allow around €30 per person for a complete taste treat sending you straight to the land of the rising Sun.

A Restaurant which gives back its letters of nobility to the words "cuisine" and "service" all the more so for an establishment located by the sea... the prices are very fair, the products are of quality and you are received as at home . A Restaurant that serves you more than dishes... sharing, proximity and above all... A LOT of Passion. Beyond the kitchen... a human adventure... and the desire to give pleasure to customers, an evidence... So thank you for giving meaning to what you do and for whom you do it....
