The products are ultra fresh, the flavors marked in particular by subtly fermented sauces.
The boss is very nice and the servers are passionate.
You must reserve several weeks or even months in advance to dine there.
Special mention for the black sesame ice cream, the best in Tours ;-)

Iced tea in summer and jasmine tea in winter 😋 very good and homemade I eat it with my mom every time I love it!! The dishes are very good, all fresh and halal products! Perfect cooking!! Top taste 👌! The prices are correct, very good value for money, adorable family business, the mother, the grandmother, the father and the son! Perfect in terms of taste too bad very few vegetables or even none at all in the fried noodles with shrimp 😭, but I will come back without problem and I will ask for more sautéed vegetables and will taste the other flavors which are also delicious 😋, staff very attentive to their customers and pleasant which is very important. Small nicely decorated outside terrace and indoor room with places if you want a little privacy, thank you for your welcome.
I highly recommend 💕.

14/09/2024: Who would have thought you would get great japanese cuisine in little ol paris!! There was a queue of people 49 minutes into service. I was seated fast too. The fry, the rice the soup are all delicious.
I ordered a set menu for the Rose pork and a la carte for the ebi fry. Needless to say they did not skip out on the portions. I finished it with a delicious yuzu sorbet which was a great palate cleanser.
If you need something more than sushi and sashimi this is the place!!!
