17/07/2026: I had a wonderful time at Inagiku. The food is high-quality, well-executed, and the teppanyaki concept is perfectly mastered. I also appreciated the option to choose from three set menus at different price points: it's an excellent idea that makes the experience accessible to all tastes and budgets. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and does their utmost to ensure you have a good time. The only slight drawback, in my opinion, concerns the authenticity of the experience. Despite the team's kindness and professionalism, it lacks that little something extra that you often find in establishments where the service is provided by Japanese staff. It's not a question of service quality, but rather that cultural touch that enhances the immersion in a teppanyaki restaurant. Nevertheless, it remains a very good place that I recommend for discovering or rediscovering this cuisine.

09/08/2026: As a sushi lover, I find the sushi has too much rice… the proportion isn't right, and the rice is a bit too vinegary. The sashimi is poor quality and too thin. The grilled meats, however, are good—beef skewers, etc. Desserts are extra, unlike other all-you-can-eat buffets, something to keep in mind. 5/10

28/07/2026: We've been coming here for a long time, and while the quality and service have always been top-notch, the portions have started to get really small lately. The slices on the nigiri are getting thinner and thinner, barely 3 or 4 mm, and the same goes for the maki. And even then, they're presented from the right side, because on the other side, the salmon doesn't even show up on some of them... The rice is good, but we pay a premium for it. The signature maki are excellent, but be warned, another bad experience could convince us not to come back.

28/07/2026: I ordered a tasting platter (for 3 people) via Uber Eats. Due to a sauce oversight, a Dong employee quickly came to my home (10 minutes from Laval) with extras to apologize. The sushi and maki were delicious, as always! Thank you!

08/08/2026: A small restaurant I stumbled upon, but a pure delight! The fish was exceptionally fresh, the staff very friendly, and the prices reasonable for the quality of the food. Even the wasabi was real wasabi, extracted from the plant, which is rare to find. I highly recommend it.
