24/01/2026: The best Japanese restaurant in town!!!! The experience is complete. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The entire menu is delicious. The fish is fresh, the miso soup is excellent, and the shashimi melt in your mouth. What more could you ask for? The rice is very good and perfectly cooked. Special mention for the Ebifry maki, which are my favorites!!!! It's always a pleasure to visit your restaurant. 🌱🥑Your avocado plants are INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. 🥑🌱

07/12/2025: My first experience at Matsuya was rather mixed. But I went back once, twice, ten times, and in the end, it's truly excellent sushi. The creative rolls are really very good, and the more classic dishes are just as good. It's become my go-to sushi place; I go at least once a month.

21/01/2026: Exceptional value for money. I had a really good meal for only fifteen euros (set menu H6). The welcome and service were very friendly. And it's quite clean. I recommend it.

A waitress grumbled and complained instead of asking to be let through, there was no goodbye or thank you when paying, and no words were spoken to clear the plates or ask if everything was alright. The welcome was deplorable.

14/11/2025: A sudden and significant drop in quality – I hope it's temporary. We've been regular customers for years, and we continued to order even after moving 5km away. Today, everything we ate was of lower quality and taste. The maki rolls weren't rolled properly, the sashimi was mediocre, and the skewers were tasteless. The wasabi and ginger are now pre-packaged in small sachets, whereas they used to be fresh and supplied in large quantities. Have they switched to a cheaper supplier (or perhaps a new owner)? In any case, we'll be happy to remove this review if the quality returns to what it was before. We care about this restaurant...
