Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the portions are generous. Special mention for the octopus: probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes is sublime; every detail is meticulously crafted. You can taste the passion and expertise in every bite. It had been a very long time since we'd had such a wonderful meal in a restaurant. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered, and we would recommend it without hesitation. The scallops, the Wagyu beef, EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. The best Teppanyaki restaurant in Paris, without a doubt. We will be back, because our taste buds were blown away. Thank you for everything. 23/07/2026: What follows isn't just because I live in the neighborhood: I've visited many Japanese restaurants in Lille, Paris, and elsewhere, and Sazanka is my number one! Affordable prices, delicious and satisfying lunch menus, a warm welcome, and the quality of the fish is truly excellent. Remember to call ahead to make a reservation, as it's not very big and gets very busy!

30/07/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I often get a W meal deal with sweet soy sauce to go. The service is excellent. You get a small coleslaw, miso soup, and your main course. The staff is very friendly and knows how to make you happy. The maki are really good, the rice is cooked perfectly, and they're generous with fish. Plus, the dining room is very nice with a pleasant decor. I highly recommend it! 👍

21/07/2026: Superb! Fresh, great menu, though the à la carte options are a bit pricey. Fully wheelchair accessible. Fast service and welcoming, smiling, and discreet staff—in short, very professional. Bonus: punctual deliveries and a friendly delivery driver. Everything is in place to completely satisfy the customer and our taste buds. A loyal customer since opening and never disappointed.
