02/06/2026: I placed a delivery order but made a mistake with the delivery address. The driver came to the new address without any problems and was very kind. The food quality is excellent; everything is delicious. I order from them about once a month and I will continue to do so because everything is perfect!

01/07/2026: An excellent experience at Sushi GM! The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The presentation is beautiful, and the portions are generous. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and always attentive. The restaurant has a pleasant and warm atmosphere. It's undoubtedly one of the best places to enjoy sushi. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

24/06/2026: As a loyal customer for over 10 years, it is with great disappointment that I leave this review today. Over the years, we have seen the quality gradually decline, to the point where it no longer meets the standards that made Sushi GM so renowned. Whether dining in or ordering delivery, the service is no longer up to the standard we once enjoyed. Beyond the quality of the food, the service and the way some customers are treated are also problematic. It is regrettable to feel disregarded, or even to be spoken to disrespectfully, especially as a regular customer for so many years. We have very fond memories of this establishment, which is why this decline is all the more unfortunate. We sincerely hope that management will take into account the feedback from its long-standing customers in order to restore the level of quality and service that was once its strength.

06/06/2026: The food was amazing! From start to finish. For a table of two we were able to walk in but I think we were lucky. Would highly recommend getting a reservation as the restaurant is small and filled up quickly. I did the 3 course lunch (app, main course, dessert). All three were fantastic, but the fish (Breton Skate) was a standout. I believe the menu changes but if you can catch the fish when it is there, get it! A dish I will be thinking about for a while. Simple, but so flavorful and well done. The apps & dessert were also great. I got the Vacherin and the pea soup. The service was also great - there is one woman serving all the tables and I believe one chef in the back so it is not a quick seating but worth it all the same. Thank, You So!!

03/06/2026: We went there spontaneously and it was such a great experience. The waitress was so warm and attentive. We'll definitely be back. 10/10 perfect! The food was delicious; we had a three-course meal and were very satisfied.

30/06/2026: Excellent experience from start to finish. The welcome was particularly warm, and the atmosphere was enhanced by colorful and carefully curated manga-themed decor. The service was impeccable: the waiter was smiling, attentive, discreet, and very professional. The dishes were served promptly. The presentation was elegant, the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the flavors were spot on. All this was offered at a very reasonable price, providing excellent value for money. Finally, the manager was equally welcoming and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A place I recommend without hesitation.

13/06/2026: I came with a friend after a run that finished late. We arrived just as the restaurant was about to close, and we were very hungry. We received a very warm welcome. Given the time, only takeout was available, which suited us perfectly. Our order was prepared quickly, and the portions were delicious and generous. The restaurant's interior is nicely decorated, and we felt very welcome. I highly recommend it! Thank you again for serving us despite our late arrival 😊

18/05/2026: Attention Châtelet night owls, This Japanese restaurant is one of those discreet yet reliable spots you keep in mind for late-night meals when you're simply looking for decent food available late into the evening. The establishment offers good quality ingredients, without excessive presentation, but with commendable consistency. I regularly return when I'm in the Châtelet area, precisely because of its accessibility and reliability. Their tataki, in particular, remains a safe and enjoyable choice for me, well-executed and always satisfying.

27/06/2026: Excellent meal at this discreet and traditional sushi bar. The service is attentive and the fish is of impeccable quality; it melts in your mouth. Very good sake list.

24/06/2026: The nigiri were very good, and the price seemed right for the quality. The sake selection is sufficient, although my preference is still for the Dasai 45. Their umeshu is very mild. I'm only giving the food 4 stars as I didn't try everything on the menu.

29/05/2026: A good option if you don't want to overthink things. The sushi is tasty, even if the preparation isn't perfect (personal opinion). I just found the prices a bit high, especially for what it is. The service was excellent, no complaints there. I'm definitely tempted to try something else in the future. I would just recommend that the staff be more careful when preparing the sushi.
