16/07/2026: This is the second time I've eaten there (once in the restaurant several years ago and once as a takeout this week). The first time didn't make a good impression, and the second confirmed it. Tokami Balma is not good at all; Tokami Labege is much better! The sushi doesn't taste good, the rice is way overcooked and tastes like water… You can barely see the ingredients inside. There's too much rice in the sake sushi… And for all that quality, the price is far too high. In short, if you're a true sushi lover… avoid this place or go to the one in Labege… I'm not giving it one star because the server on the phone was friendly and the order was ready quickly.

I recommend it, and it's always busy, which is a good sign. Still my favorite Japanese restaurant. The dining room has been completely renovated, and there's a small terrace on the sidewalk.

14/05/2026: Incredible! A wonderful discovery: everything was delicious, generous, refined, and beautifully presented. We opted for the "Pleasure Menu" with a tea pairing and a sake pairing, and everything was perfect. The service was impeccable as well. I highly recommend it!

30/06/2026: The food was really good. High-quality sushi, gyoza, and poke. The staff were exceptional. We don't speak French, and they made every effort to understand us with a little Spanish. Going to Tama Sushis for dinner was a great decision. I think the price is reasonable for the quality. We left very satisfied.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 09/07/2026: A lovely place with very pleasant decor, including traditional New Year's dragon masks... The servers were delightful. And above all, the food was absolutely delicious... a marvel from appetizer to main course. Unfortunately, I was too full for dessert as the portions were quite generous. A wonderful experience.

30/05/2026: Served in under 5 minutes before the train. Cutlery, napkin, and a container for the sauce were provided. Perfect before a trip, I recommend it.

04/08/2026: The sushi pieces are far too small: a typical sushi weighs around 30-35g, whereas these were only 21g. The difference is significant and gives the impression of poor value for money. As for the taste, it's nothing special. The ingredients are decent, but lack any particular flavor.
