29/04/2026: Our absolute favorite place to stay in Serre-Chevalier! We've been coming back every winter for several years now, and the welcome is always impeccable. Regular guests are truly pampered; a little something for my birthday awaits us in our room each time—it's so sweet. The breakfasts are excellent, the dinners very good, and the extras make all the difference: afternoon tea, swimming pool, sauna, and a very enjoyable weekly guitar concert. The family rooms are perfect for a ski holiday. We wouldn't change it for the world!

I understand that they're their priority customers, but there are limits. Being nice, we didn't say anything, but in hindsight, we looked like fools. No compensation offered. I don't recommend it.
