28/06/2025: The service was extremely slow, the value for money was not there, the exorbitant prices of the drinks are unacceptable, the sushi was not fresh and almost hot. Very disappointed.

24/09/2024: We were looking to find a restaurant to eat in the evening and we fell under the spell of Konnichiwa, with their Bento formula at €12.50 with two starters and a main course we were won over! Impeccable service and super friendly waitress 😊 We will return with great pleasure!

22/09/2024: Nothing crazy or surprising but good restaurant

16/09/2025: Online ordering with delivery starting at €30. We can choose the day and time of delivery (including lunchtime). Then we get a call back to inform us that delivery is only available in the evening. It would be nice to change your website to avoid this type of inconvenience. We will therefore turn to another brand that delivers at lunchtime.

10/09/2025: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this establishment. After eating there, I asked to take my leftovers home, as I always do since my bariatric surgery, because I physically cannot eat a full portion in one sitting. I even mentioned that I was within my rights, under Article L. 541-15-10 of the French Environmental Code, which requires restaurants to offer a doggy bag upon customer request. The waiter categorically refused, with a haughty attitude, and forced me to throw away my untouched food. There was no respect for the customer, the law, or food waste. Frankly unacceptable in 2025. I will not return, and I do not recommend this place to anyone who is even remotely aware of environmental issues or has special medical needs.

05/12/2024: Value for money sets. Skewers set was good, sushi and sashimi were average. Soya sauce was quite salty.

12/09/2024: A customer for years, nothing to say about the cuisine which is excellent, always with new flavors. However, recently, it seems that deliveries are no longer made by the restaurant's own delivery men, but by independents. As a result, on Friday evening our neighbor found our order on the floor in the lobby of the building, torn apart....while we were waiting for it. After warning Côté Sushi, we had to wait again, time to find another delivery man who was kept waiting.... I am not in the habit of criticizing, saving money is good, but at the expense of very good service and customer expectations, it is anti-commercial. As far as we are concerned, we will no longer be delivered for such deplorable service. Sorry...

31/08/2024: We came often and it was superb. Very good fast ect. Apparently there has been a change of ownership and it shows. A lot of things I used to take are no longer to my taste, the quality has gone down. Miso soup served cold, much longer wait, noodles that were never served, spring rolls with really strange tastes. Unfortunately I don't think I'll come back if the quality doesn't return.

03/08/2024: To avoid if you are not white, the waiter accepts our reservation at 9:45 p.m. and once we arrive there tells us that we have to hurry because it closes in 1 hour, the table was dirty, the waiter unpleasant (that with us well obviously) he reminds us 4 times during the meal that the kitchen is closing soon. It’s as if someone came to knock on his house to ask him for a free all-you-can-eat meal. Not counting the forgotten dishes during the 2 courses, when we remind him that he forgot 4 egg rolls he responds with an "ok but only one round because I'm closing" and only brings us 3. Anyway, never again it feels like you're scraping free food.
