11/12/2025: A wonderful discovery (to take away)! The California rolls are excellent, as is the poke bowl! Well done! The presentation is lovely, the California rolls in a beautiful box—it's perfect. It's a shame about the initial contact; the telephone reception was rather unprofessional, but the level of service improved during the visit. One suggestion: perhaps add napkins for takeaway meals. 23/09/2024: Worst Japanese restaurant you can find any where. Wondering if the chef ever tried any authentic Japanese food before. Very few beef in the sukiyaki but still charges more than 40 euros. The worst restaurant in town. Don’t go!!!

But above all, unfortunately the salmon was inedible and wasn't fresh and you could feel it from the first bite (a shame when you buy sashimi) so we wasted our money and our time...

19/11/2024: I will definitely stop ordering from Jade Ichiban, with a lot of regrets because I have known the restaurant for several years and I was always satisfied with it. However, since the new owners, the quality and quantities have declined significantly. And yet I tested it again and again to find out if the comments I was able to make directly were taken into account. Well no… I’m always still hungry after a meal. The slices of sashimi as well as the sushi are much smaller (the trays are also smaller), there is significantly less rice in the trays, you can see the bottom in the tray of the coleslaw, etc… On the other hand, prices increased as soon as the restaurant took over! It’s such a shame for this restaurant in Verrières which used to be so excellent! We really feel that the key is to save on quantities. I will now unfortunately go elsewhere, to the Japanese restaurant a little further away in Antony for example, which I also know, which serves its customers more generously, with very good quality dishes.

03/11/2024: Good morning We have been regulars at Jade Ichiban for several years, but we note with regret that the quality has dropped drastically and we are very dissatisfied with this. Several examples: - barely 2 bites in salads - bo bunh almost without vegetables, without noodles and without meat replaced by inches of soy - a quantity of salmon in the chirachi reduced by 2 thirds - and overall a lot less flavor in all of their dishes Furthermore, the price has greatly increased for a much lower quality of service and greatly reduced quantities. We are extremely disappointed as we were regular weekly customers, and will therefore order very exceptionally from now on unless the quality changes. Hoping that this opinion will be taken into account Kind regards

02/09/2024: I ordered through uber eat and the restaurant forgot to prepare half of my order. When I called to make a complaint the solution offered to me was to reorder. But it's not up to me to have to pay delivery costs again (and wait 40 minutes more) for an error that comes from the restaurant. Extremely disappointing customer service on your part. I used to order from you but I won't anymore.

Big mention on the Salmon Roll but everything is good, the gyosas, the Cantonese rice, the samosas in short everything is good and fresh! 😁🤗❤️ many thanks

29/09/2024: Regular customer for several years now, and always an absolute treat. My friends and I are happy to come every time; this restaurant has become our regular lunch/dinner spot. The service is great, the waiters are great and I salute their courage and patience during complicated services (even if some complain about the waiting time, you also have to put yourself in their shoes! Summer can be particularly busy and they literally do what they can!!! But patience is a virtue... 🤭) I've been trying to vary my choices for some time (being a big ramen fan), and I'm never disappointed... Except when I can't finish, and I'm disappointed in myself!! But it doesn't matter, we can take the rest, so it's all good!! 😂 In short, thank you for years of laughter, fun and absolutely perfect hospitality... Is this good for you? 😉

16/09/2024: Tried in July, in August during St. Louis and last visit this evening. Superb restaurant, whether hot or cold dishes. Intense flavors that truly take you on a journey. Obviously a bit of a wait given the size of the premises, the dishes are almost prepared one by one but the quality is there, the service very pleasant. Take the time to appreciate the setting and the cuisine. This is not a fast food establishment, remember to reserve a table if you have enough time! We will happily come back next year
