02/08/2026: Back from Japan, we wanted to find some of the food we were eating there, and this restaurant was perfect for that! The chefs are Japanese, as is the staff. The raw fish was excellent, and the tempura with shrimp and vegetables was a real treat!

29/04/2026: Our absolute favorite place to stay in Serre-Chevalier! We've been coming back every winter for several years now, and the welcome is always impeccable. Regular guests are truly pampered; a little something for my birthday awaits us in our room each time—it's so sweet. The breakfasts are excellent, the dinners very good, and the extras make all the difference: afternoon tea, swimming pool, sauna, and a very enjoyable weekly guitar concert. The family rooms are perfect for a ski holiday. We wouldn't change it for the world!

The ambiance of the Japanese-style lounge, with its cellar and stone walls, creates a very intimate atmosphere. The staff is incredibly discreet and always smiling, taking the time to explain everything. And above all, the food is incredible. Every little detail was carefully considered and added an amazing touch to the dishes. It's all the more commendable when you consider that it's an eco-friendly cuisine with very little waste. I highly recommend this place.
