25/04/2026: Generous portions, very fresh fish, fast service, excellent food from appetizer to dessert. A minor drawback was the drinks and the atmosphere.

26/04/2026: The cleanliness left much to be desired, judging by the windows at the entrance, but since the reviews were good, I didn't let that deter me. The tables and dishes need refreshing; it's time to replace everything. The wooden boats used to serve the sushi are in a terrible state. The three courses were served quickly, which immediately raised a red flag: it meant everything was prepared in advance. The meat in the skewers was difficult to identify. Despite this, my son thought the fish was good in the various sushi he ate. The highlight of the experience was when I decided to go to the restroom! I had to cross the dining room, then another room, before finally reaching the toilets... And in this room were the kitchen equipment and the cook... and everything was in a terrible state! Seriously, it's unbelievable! But I should mention that we didn't get sick... And the waitress was very friendly and pleasant. Seriously, before giving it 4 or 5 stars and saying it's the best Japanese restaurant you've ever eaten at, who are we kidding?

18/01/2026: We had a very good family meal; the food was excellent and the presentation was lovely. It's a shame the toilet hygiene was so poor... The sink and toilet were filthy; had they ever even been cleaned?

24/05/2026: A great find in this neighborhood full of amazing places to eat! The limited menu speaks volumes about the quality and authenticity of the ingredients and dishes. Parking is difficult in the area, though. Public transportation is best.

21/05/2026: A wonderful discovery of traditional Japanese cuisine! A warm welcome from a very professional and pleasant staff. I highly recommend trying the tuna dish and, as a starter, the meltingly tender and lightly smoked eggplant. The setting is calm and understated, and the prices are quite reasonable!

08/05/2026: Bad food. We ordered sushi platters, served with rice, soup, salad, and skewers. Nothing seemed fresh, the sushi had no taste, and the skewers were swimming in oil and tasted bad.

25/04/2026: The sushi, sashimi, and maki are decent: regarding the sushi, the salmon slices are too thin for my liking; I would have preferred them thicker. Otherwise, the bento boxes are fantastic; I order them often.

17/04/2026: A quality restaurant that will undoubtedly surprise you with the many flavors offered by its delicious dishes. The more I go, the more I love this restaurant. I've never been disappointed when ordering one of their dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive to customers' needs. I introduced it to my family, and they all enjoyed the Okinawan cuisine. Moreover, the dishes are as flavorful as they are generous. However, the desserts aren't quite as good as the main courses.

08/05/2026: I ordered sushi today. The prices for takeout are the same as for eating in, and they told me that when it's Uber Eats, it's the same price except for the 30% Uber Eats tax. The least they could do is offer a better price for pickup than for eating in, of course. And that's not even the biggest problem... On a €50 order, they don't even throw in the soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger; they charge extra for them. First and last time.

11/05/2026: A good Japanese restaurant in the center of Clermont-Ferrand. However, we waited 25 minutes for our meal to be prepared, and they didn't even offer a discount. No can of soda, nor the usual 10% discount for takeout. Luckily, the sushi and skewers were good.

13/05/2026: I only buy takeout; the sashimi, soup, and skewers are very good quality and fresh. The rice served with them is average, but I've never had a problem. Sometimes they even give you a free drink. They're not Japanese, but are there any Japanese restaurants in Angers?

16/05/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for many years and have never been disappointed! The menus are full of flavor and variety. The chef knows how to delight us with fresh fish and vegetables, and the preparation of the dishes is always impeccable. We usually get takeout, but the atmosphere and service in the restaurant are just as welcoming and efficient. We highly recommend it.

28/01/2026: It's expensive for what it is (Etoile d'Asie in Lens is a bust) and it's cold there.
