16/08/2024: A high-end Japanese restaurant, with quality ingredients. All in a simple and welcoming setting.
A little more expensive but it's deserved:
- The antithesis of the basic Japanese restaurant, this restaurant pleases as much by the quality of its dishes as by the kindness of the team.
Everything is prepared “on the spot” by the chef.
Special mention to the Chirashi with its Japanese basil leaf (to taste!).
Very good traditional moshi.
Friendly and efficient service.
And a great playlist in the background!!

31/07/2024: Good little dish and good little drinks, pleasant and smiling team, well I just wasn't a fan of the seaweed in my dish 😅.
Fair price, however a small downside in terms of the cleanliness of the floor and my glass it could be much better.
23/07/2024: Excellent ! I have been coming to Maki shop for many years and the quality is always there.
The quantity has decreased, there is no longer Miso soup on the half-plated menu but it is still delicious.
The products are fresh, the rice is cooked perfectly.
The little minus this time was the seasoning of the coleslaw, a little too spicy for my taste.
I recommend 100%!

It's quite simply among the best sushi in Paris and at a reasonable price for France and at this level of quality and variety.
I know Japanese cuisine by heart and travel to Japan every year, where I try many excellent restaurants far from tourist areas.
Well I can tell you that Sushi Gourmet has nothing to be ashamed of doing what they do in France.
Well done, keep it up.
And those who have no taste, continue to go for your tasteless, chemical and sugary Chinese sushi, but be careful not to give your opinion.
28/11/2024: The royal sashimi and mix menus are killer. More than generous portion with fish, crustaceans and molluscs that cannot be found anywhere else. Arrive early or call for takeout as the wait is long

The vegetarian menu is great, as is the setting. On the other hand, you have to take the time because there is only one cook.

Bathroom smells very damp, curtains that are absolutely not blackout are annoying when it gets dark only from 10/10:30 p.m. This hotel lacks refreshment, it is far too old considering the price of the room

14/12/2023: Nous avions déjà commander chez vous quelques fois et en général tout ce passait bien . Mais cette fois ci vraiment les pad thaï était immangeable ( odeur + goût ) et le bœuf lo lac viande très très dur mon mari qui n’est vraiment pas compliqué n’a mm pas pu le manger !! Alors je ne sais pas si c’est votre cuisinier du jour mais c’était vraiment pas top !!! Puis le service livraison 1h30 c’est vraiment trop long
