Delivery by Uber - nothing to say. 👍
I received the order without any soy sauce - and I ordered 06 pieces.
This means that the staff does not pay attention to all the details when preparing the order.
Above all, it's simple - you check what has been ordered - then you put it in the delivery bag.
Think for yourself - Who eats sushi without soy sauce? It is possible to eat rice with fish without sauce.
On the other hand, they gave me 14 sachets of WASABI - “Magic formula: 1 WASABI for 2 Sushis, and 4 sachets of ginger.

29/05/2024: Very unimpressed! First- the crab was imitation crab still in its compressed tube shape. I understand using imitation crab, however it is not much work to shred the crab so it isn’t a solid block, it was very unappetizing. Secondly, the “tuna” was a greyish color and shredded. It was very clearly from a can of tuna which is just unacceptable for a tuna roll. Lastly, the salmon (while better looking than the crab and tuna) was a very low quality and had a strong fish odor which is not ideal for sushi grade salmon. Overall we did not enjoy the meal and are now crossing our fingers to hope we do not get food poisoning from the poor quality fish. I would suggest eating literally anywhere else!

07/08/2024: The cuisine is not up to par, meat much too dry, much overcooked and without flavor. Nevertheless, the welcome and the service are very pleasant! Too expensive for the quality of the meal.

Je l'avais pris faute de pouvoir prendre un plat du menu déjà en rupture à 12h45
En pleine saison touristique, la cuisine est déjà fermée à 13h10
Dommage pour les aux moins 10 personnes venues visiter le Finistère et Landerneau spécifiquement qui ont dû repartir

18/09/2024: Bardzo dobry adres w południowej porze. Wprawdzie Japończyk zabiłby śmiechem na wiadomość, że Chińczycy prowadzą japońską restaurację, ale ja nie jestem ortodoksem i wszystko mi tu smakowało: zupa miso, surówka z kapusty, gyozy i nawet sushi na ciepło.
23/08/2024: Het begon al vreemd toen we binnenkwamen. Een lusteloze over wees tegen zijn zin ons een plaats aan. Het was een 15 augustus en het restaurant was leeg.
We namen een mix van sushi en spiesjes als lunch, met miso soep en sla en rijst. Het eten was lekker, echter werd zonder 1 woord te zeggen op tafel gezet. Ook bij het afrekenen en het verlaten van de zaak kon er geen merci of au revoir af... geen woord.
Ik heb nog nooit zulke klantonvriendelijke ober meegemaakt. Hier komen we nooit meer terug.

Very good food, a little too much rice in the dishes.
Ambiance = Calm
06/05/2024: We went to this restaurant for the first time in the evening last week, so no one was in the restaurant!
We are not disappointed! Everything was very good. The spring rolls and gyozas are excellent.
Too bad the steamed ravioli are not in the all-you-can-eat formula.
We will come back.

14/09/2024: Two onirigi, €8 in total. It's not bad, you shouldn't expect great authenticity but rather a reinterpretation of onigiri. Disappointed that they were not wrapped in nori seaweed, also I found the rice undercooked, closer to crunchy than melting. I preferred the chicken one to the leek one.
06/07/2024: Decent onigris, with a good garnish/rice balance. On the other hand, I found them bland, both in the seasoning of the rice and the garnish. They were lukewarm considering the heat.
The tables had not been washed, consumption on site is not desirable in these conditions.
The service, however, is very friendly and smiling.

22/02/2024: The most expensive in Castres but the best, the manager thinks he's a bit of a sushi master by advising us not to put soy sauce on this or that suchi/maki... everyone sees lunch at their door for seasoning.
10/02/2024: I went there with my boyfriend, for his first sushi experience he loved it. a gentleman explained everything to us very well, we can see that he knows everything, it’s incredible. Thanks a lot
