22/01/2026: We regularly come to this restaurant as a couple. There's always a table available, and the staff are helpful and friendly. As for the food, it varies depending on the service. We did notice, however, that the sashimi served is quite thin and small. The sushi, on the other hand, isn't very generous with the fish portion… We sincerely hope that the quality and quantity of the fish will improve!

27/01/2026: 6/5 If I could, I bought flowers with cash for a funeral and I was 1 euro short, she gave it to me for free. I'll come back with a bigger tip next time. Otherwise, the flowers were great, and the service and advice were excellent!!

21/04/2026: A regular Koedo customer since it opened, I've never been disappointed. I sometimes keep the bento boxes in the fridge for two days; then I just rehydrate the rice by steaming it and reheat it while it's still warm in a pan. I love their vegetables, the inari (a type of rice dish), and their cookies. I check their menu online every week so I don't miss any of the specials! The staff is lovely and attentive; I'm so glad there's a place like this near me!

06/03/2026: It was excellent and very good; the inari are delicious. I hadn't tried them before, and now they're one of my favorites. The bento box is also excellent, beautifully presented and prepared with fresh ingredients, and the portions are generous. For the price, it's quite reasonable. I've been there three times, and it was perfect all three times. I highly recommend it.

16/05/2026: This concept can't be compared to other all-you-can-eat buffets; here, you're served on demand, with extra-fresh and generous portions of sushi. My son loves the mackerel sushi and insists that Hoki Sushi is where he eats the best sushi, maki, and stir-fried noodles. It's the only restaurant we go to when we're craving sushi. We went there last night, and it's always a success.

23/04/2026: I was searching for online reservations while in Paris when I came across other people's reviews here. Even if I grudgingly accept that they directly char the sushi toppings over charcoal, the way they thrust their thumb deep into the middle of the plate, barely touching the topping, is not aesthetically pleasing. Also, I don't like how the fish are touching each other when they're arranged. I think Japanese cuisine should be presented with a sense of ease. The way they handle the toppings seems haphazard. I believe that the manners and techniques are more important than the performance when it comes to sushi. Therefore, I decided against going, as I would have been disappointed even without going. The "wonderful, authentic sushi" that others have written about doesn't have caviar or truffles on top. That's not authentic, is it?

09/04/2026: A truly beautiful experience at Jin Paris — it was my first time exploring the different textures and profiles of the same fish from around the world. The uni from Iceland was delicious, yet distinctly different from what I’ve had in Japan: equally fresh and creamy, but with its own unique sweetness and texture. The same held true for the toro — all incredibly fresh and delicious, but each cut revealed different densities and layers of taste depending on its origin. The chef’s passion for their craft is evident in every piece, and what made the evening even more special was how kind and attentive they were, personally accommodating my request for sushi without rice with grace and care. It’s rare to find a place where such culinary excellence meets genuine hospitality, and Jin Paris delivers on both effortlessly. This was more than a meal — it was a journey through the global nuances of premium seafood.

10/05/2026: I wholeheartedly recommend this traditional restaurant. There's a genuine respect for the ingredients and flavors, and the staff is very attentive. A true discovery. The lunch menu is different from the dinner menu. The menu changes with the seasons.

01/02/2026: We had a very good experience with the F22 party menu. The wait between ordering and availability was very quick, less than 25 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed it; the salads were excellent because the balance of vinegar and the crispness of the cabbage was perfect. The sashimi portions were much larger than at other restaurants.
