06/09/2026: A warm welcome and the food is delicious!

28/08/2026: First of all, the usual dishes like sushi or skewers are of satisfactory quality for a lunch with colleagues 🍣 But as for the others, like Korean bibimbap and ramen, this isn't the right place to enjoy them. I must admit, though, that the waiter had a good sense of humor. 😆

27/08/2026: Takeout delivery. The sushi is still just as good. However, the restaurant no longer handles deliveries itself, and as a result, delivery is more expensive than before. Furthermore, delivery orders must now be placed on the website; phone orders are no longer accepted. As a result, I've lost the 10% discount I used to get through my employee benefits program, which usually reimbursed me at least for delivery. What a shame.

27/08/2026: Tarbes' sushi plan! Original and classic maki and sushi for all tastes. I'm never disappointed and it's become my favorite sushi restaurant in France :)

11/07/2026: This is my first time writing a review. If you're Chinese, you absolutely must try this restaurant; the owner is from Wenzhou. Today, I watched the WEC at the nearby exhibition center, and since the Japanese team won, I wanted to try some Japanese food. The food here is excellent; their grilled salmon is particularly delicious, but I was so hungry—it was already 10:30 PM—that I didn't have time to take pictures. The sashimi platter was also fantastic. The owners are incredibly kind and can communicate in Chinese. After dinner, I chatted with the owner's wife for a long time. She's a very philosophical person, and she shared many life lessons with me. I'm very grateful to her. At 26, when I was feeling lost, she told me not to worry about other people's lives, but to focus on my own path and live my own life well. We often know many道理 (principles/truths), yet we still struggle to live our own lives well. But the owner's wife has consistently guided and encouraged me with her life experiences. I hope this restaurant continues to thrive. (I just realized I didn't take a picture with the boss and his wife. I hope I can take one next time I come. Also, here's a picture of Unlimit winning the championship. Other people's lives are certainly exciting, but my life is even more glorious!)

07/09/2026: Very satisfied with the quality of the food. For 4 people we ordered bento boxes, noodles, and kebabs. Everything was delicious!

22/08/2026: I ate at Nagoya, a Japanese restaurant, yesterday. It's been around for a long time, but I rediscovered it yesterday with great pleasure. Frankly, the dishes are extremely good and refined. There was practically no wait. The dining room is small, but all the customers are respectful and quiet, unlike some other restaurants I've tried. Honestly, the spring rolls are divinely crispy, and the sashimi is exceptional. I plan to return very soon!

07/07/2026: We ordered chicken ramen, but what a disappointment when we tasted it! The chicken was processed, the noodles were dry, and the broth was tasteless. It was a letdown, especially since the service and welcome were otherwise excellent.

01/05/2026: I loved it! The sushi is made fresh to order, which makes all the difference. The owner is very welcoming and helpful: at first I didn't want any sauce, but she convinced me and I don't regret it at all, it was delicious and beautifully presented. The ingredients seem to be of very high quality. I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: Very good. The waitress was very pleasant. It's a shame it was so smoky; the ventilation is too weak. My eyes stung. Other customers were coughing. And the Lacoste wine wasn't good. I'm looking for improvement. Please don't take this the wrong way.

15/08/2026: The ramen was a bit greasy but very tasty. The chicken was good, and the sauce tasted like tonkatsu sauce (the reason I don't have a picture of the chicken is because I ate it all...). The seats near the kitchen are humid, but bearable. The pork in the ramen was a bit greasy.

12/08/2026: The staff is very rude to customers. One of the employees yelled at me for an order mistake. I had already heard similar accounts about this restaurant, and unfortunately, I can now confirm them. I do not recommend it.
