13/09/2026: Precise and attentive service without being intrusive. You'll participate in a meal orchestrated from start to finish by the chef. The pace between each course/sushi isn't too fast, allowing you to observe the chef's work and interact with him. I would have appreciated a little less tuna, even though it was very high quality. I counted four pieces prepared in different ways: one as a maki, one as tartare, and two as sushi. I would have preferred salmon roe, sea urchin, wild salmon, or shrimp instead. There are many other options available. I had never been to this type of establishment in Japan. It was intimate. For those unfamiliar with Japanese etiquette, come without perfume and remain seated at your table from beginning to end. Don't plan any bathroom breaks or cigarette breaks in the middle of your meal. This way, you'll learn some basic customs practiced in this type of Japanese restaurant.

23/04/2026: I was searching for online reservations while in Paris when I came across other people's reviews here. Even if I grudgingly accept that they directly char the sushi toppings over charcoal, the way they thrust their thumb deep into the middle of the plate, barely touching the topping, is not aesthetically pleasing. Also, I don't like how the fish are touching each other when they're arranged. I think Japanese cuisine should be presented with a sense of ease. The way they handle the toppings seems haphazard. I believe that the manners and techniques are more important than the performance when it comes to sushi. Therefore, I decided against going, as I would have been disappointed even without going. The "wonderful, authentic sushi" that others have written about doesn't have caviar or truffles on top. That's not authentic, is it?

10/10/2025: So no, fine dining shouldn't cost that much. There are incredible restaurants, far better, for €100 per person (the price of the Hinoki menu a few years ago, by the way). I don't know why prices here have gone up so much, but the food, while excellent, doesn't justify it at all. €165 now seems like a rip-off.

30/08/2025: A meal as relaxing as it was soothing, as surprising as it may seem. Excellent cuisine, and a chef who shared his knowledge of Japanese culture with us. In short, a perfect evening, go there with your eyes closed! We sincerely hope to be able to return.

14/09/2026: I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years because I've never found better quality, either in Herblay or anywhere else in France. The dishes are perfectly fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive and very friendly. I recently had a wonderful experience at their Sunday brunch. Well done and thank you to the whole team for providing such excellent customer service.

23/09/2026: A very convenient Japanese restaurant in the center of Lieusaint. The cuisine is classic and quite good. The staff could be more pleasant overall, but the service is rather quick. The restaurant's dining room is pleasant and bright.

05/09/2026: For beginners unfamiliar with Korean cuisine, it might seem very good. But personally, I'm very familiar with Korean and Japanese food, and I was disappointed with the dishes at this restaurant. They lacked flavor, and the presentation of the ingredients was questionable, resembling Korean barbecue and Japanese hot pot. I personally found the prices excessive for the quality and quantity of the food. For those who know Korean food well, I don't recommend this restaurant; it's not worth it. There are better options elsewhere!

22/10/2026: Very disappointed! The staff were unfriendly, even though we order very frequently! Being pregnant, I can't eat raw fish. Sometimes we can change our order, sometimes it's an extra charge, and another evening it's impossible to change it! I'd rather go elsewhere. You've just lost a customer.
