25/08/2026: The service was appalling. I waited 20 minutes for 10 pieces of rice and salmon sushi, and on top of that, the salmon had an aftertaste. I had to exchange them. I paid €20 for 10 tiny pieces of rice with salmon on top and a drink, which is completely unacceptable. The tables were deplorable, and frankly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

08/07/2026: We've been there several times and have never been disappointed. It's nice to be able to eat Japanese food without being limited to the usual sushi. The appetizers and sides are very good. Special mention for the karaage chicken and the white cabbage.
The main courses are also very good and generous.
It's also possible to make reservations and order takeout.
The atmosphere is very calm, and the service is quick.

I arrived with limited time for my meal, but the servers were very accommodating and served me very quickly.
The food is excellent, and the sushi is incredibly fresh!

31/08/2026: This is a long-established ramen shop near the Paris Opera House. I've eaten here before when I was studying and working in Geneva, and I've also come here on trips to France with friends. I enjoy eating here while watching the reactions of my friends from overseas.
29/08/2026: I eat there very often with my friend. The ramen and curries are absolutely delicious, with very generous portions! Unfortunately, there aren't many vegetarian options. I also recommend the chicken, which is very good!

It was one of the best restaurants we've ever been to.
The sushi was delicate, with just the right amount of rice, and the sashimi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully sliced. The staff was fantastic and attentive. The place was calm, simple, and spotless.
Go without hesitation; we enjoyed every detail, from the miso soup and accompanying rice to the very last bite!

21/05/2026: This is our favorite sushi place in town. The fish is absolutely delicious and the service is always top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a quiet dinner or a date. 100% recommended!

10/10/2025: So no, fine dining shouldn't cost that much. There are incredible restaurants, far better, for €100 per person (the price of the Hinoki menu a few years ago, by the way). I don't know why prices here have gone up so much, but the food, while excellent, doesn't justify it at all. €165 now seems like a rip-off.
30/08/2025: A meal as relaxing as it was soothing, as surprising as it may seem. Excellent cuisine, and a chef who shared his knowledge of Japanese culture with us. In short, a perfect evening, go there with your eyes closed! We sincerely hope to be able to return.

28/08/2026: The atmosphere and decor were pleasant and friendly, and the service was quite good, but the food really left something to be desired. Too salty, the takoyaki was tiny and lost in undercooked batter, and the okonomitaki arrived pre-made and was barely acceptable. Disappointing.
