We live just above the shop - and there’s hardly better sushi in Paris to be found (in the non-fine-dining section). And we’ve tried all Asian cuisines in the city! And obviously big lovers of Japanese cuisine. This is a rare pearl. A special kudos to the owners for their friendliness and small free items!

17/08/2026: I've been coming here for several years; teppanyaki remains a must-visit in Old Lyon for great food and a fun atmosphere, thanks to the chef and his wife. I highly recommend it, whether you're a couple or a group of friends.

30/07/2026: Great find! Fresh, high-quality food. It was delicious, with reasonable portions and prices. My only slight complaint is that I was served after my brother, and he had already finished eating. Otherwise, I highly recommend it!

The spring rolls and noodles were disgusting.
The dishes ended up in the trash whole after one bite.
18/05/2026: For my first time ordering, I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the boat for €68 with skewers. Everything was really good; the salmon and tuna slices were generous.
I wasn't disappointed at all; everything was delicious.
I would recommend it.

The broth wasn't good.
The waiter said we were weird for not finishing our food; he thought we'd overheard something—unprofessional.
In the end, I had a terrible stomach ache.
The toilets weren't clean.
26/08/2026: A bad dining experience. The ramen was cold, the broth had a strange smell and taste, and it gave us indigestion. It really didn't live up to the location or the prices. Aside from that, the service was quite pleasant.

They're made fresh to order by the family cook while the owner takes the orders.
It's a family-run place. It's tasty, it's generous, and it's affordable... BUT it's slow... because there's no staff...
So if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you... OTHERWISE, plan ahead and order in the late afternoon to make sure you get your order in the early evening...
Otherwise, BRAVO, BECAUSE IT'S DELICIOUS.
