18/05/2026: I placed my order at 10:30 AM to ensure delivery before noon. Delivery was scheduled for 11:30 AM, validated, and confirmed. At noon, still nothing. I called, and my order hadn't been processed… a delivery driver was dispatched immediately, and the order was received at 12:15 PM… The quality of the food is consistent, but the order processing is problematic.
09/05/2026: In response to your reply: I did write to you at the address you provided, where you publicly invited me to contact you directly, but strangely enough, I haven't received a single reply yet. 🤔 --------- RUN, run, run! It's nothing like it used to be, and I was a very good customer! No customer service, no organization! I saw it with my own eyes a few months ago when I went to pick up orders: understaffed servers, overwhelmed during the rush, it's like being slaves! And order errors are increasing, automatically. And lately... on top of that, an absent manager who doesn't deal with customer complaints and who you clearly have to chase after since she's not there during the hours I'm told, but she doesn't call back either! I had already reduced my orders since these changes... But now, that's it! So, I used to be a good customer, but now it's just not possible! One disastrous experience after another!! The first, very recent one was borderline but still acceptable: I placed a large delivery order, and they delivered maki rolls with salmon instead of tuna. This time I called, and they refused to refund the dish I hadn't chosen, saying "it's not their policy" and instead offered a credit note that they entered into their system. I gave up, thinking I might order again, even though it wasn't the first time they'd made a mistake. The next experience, this past Tuesday evening, was a complete farce! I placed a group order of almost €100, and realized there was no credit note, so I called. It turned out I'd forgotten you had to order by phone to get one. I took the opportunity to mention that I was trying again with some friends who didn't know them (so, nice of them, I was trying to trust them), hoping they could pay attention to the order this time. Of course, an item was missing. For an order of almost €100, a reminder call from me, the inconvenience, it's all the more irritating! I demand the missing item be delivered again quickly and at the very least some compensation! They balk at compensation, and finally, they try—and I do mean try—to redeliver an hour and a half later (an hour and a half!!), the final straw! The person calls me, I go outside, no one's there. I call again, he says he's at an address far from my friend's where we were delivered and says, "Oh, maybe it's a different order, I got the wrong person." He calls back about 5 minutes later; I doubt he's arrived yet, but I go outside again (into the cold), no one's there. I text him the address and call him back, he's at yet another address. It's almost 11:30 PM (3 hours after ordering), I wasn't going to wait any longer, and I wasn't going to leave my friend's place any longer either. I called the restaurant again and asked to speak to the manager. They gave me some times to call her, but she was clearly not there. I left my contact information, but I still haven't reached her... that's the whole story!

16/05/2026: Based on the reviews, I was really excited... What a disappointment! The sushi (nigiri and uramaki) lacked flavor and were quite bland. The nigiri were very small. The miso soup had no mushrooms or tofu and was very heavy onions. It was very expensive for what it was! I don't recommend it for sushi lovers. 👎
15/05/2026: As a fan of Japanese cuisine, I unfortunately left this experience quite disappointed. On the positive side, the ingredients seemed fresh. However, the beef and cheese skewers were far too sweet, with a sauce that had an almost caramelized texture. It's a shame, because the slightly grilled aspect actually added something interesting. The yakiudon were very good; no complaints there. On the other hand, the rice was dry, bland, and seemed undercooked. The soup served was good, but it was clearly not miso soup: more like onion soup. Regarding the uramaki, the amount of wasabi provided was insufficient. The most problematic aspect was the fact that there was wasabi directly in the sushi, even though I had specifically requested it by phone, explaining that it was for my 5-year-old daughter. Finally, the beer wasn't cold enough. A mixed experience then: some good elements, but several important details that deserve to be corrected.

19/05/2026: Good concept, all-you-can-eat with a maximum of 5 choices per order. The selection is varied, and the price-quality ratio is good. Delicious sushi! All this in a minimalist, simple setting. Hence the ambiance (no music, no fancy decor, no ornamentation). But the service is fast, the staff professional, and above all, the food is good. It caters more to a student clientele. I recommend it.

We even thought to go eat again elsewhere as we still hungry even after appetizer and dish. The chirashi was not what it looked like in the poster, just a very thin layer of rice and slices of fish, no vegetables, no avocado. A bit disappointed.
