22/11/2025: I find it difficult to rate ramen. There are so many criteria to consider. So, I'm going to base my list on the Shoyu Special. - The broth is, in my opinion, incredible. - The pork is melt-in-your-mouth tender, but the slices are a little too thin. - The noodles are thin, and I like that. - Seaweed, Naruto, etc., are always a bonus. - And the centerpiece: the egg. The egg is perfectly cooked, runny inside and comforting outside. You just want to kiss it. The only downside is the price. It's gone up again...

19/04/2026: Terrible! We arrived, a table was available, but since there were only two of us—my hungry 11-year-old daughter and I—they refused to let us eat there. How shameful! Avoid this place at all costs, not to mention the exorbitant prices.

11/04/2026: We wanted something fresh and different to the usual fayre we had received in the resort. The sushi was authentic and exquisite, the gyozo's are fab. I would recommend to book, because the place is very small. We came twice because we enjoyed it so much. Great Service and. Real family feel. Thanks for some great meals

10/05/2026: A huge disappointment. The sushi was dry and tasteless, and the prices were outrageous.

10/05/2026: Eager to try a tasty Japanese restaurant, we were disappointed from beginning to end. The service was already subpar, as the waitress seemed not to understand a word of French and didn't even know how to open a bottle of wine. Unbelievable! As for the food, expect dishes worthy of the worst dive in the neighborhood (and unfortunately, there are more and more of them). For example, the tempura was tasteless, with absolutely no flavor. Even the tempura sauce looked like water. And don't even get me started on the sashimi, especially the supposedly "Label Rouge" salmon, which was dry and tasteless (its dark orange color was a real turn-off, and we still have serious doubts about the freshness of their raw fish). It cost us just over €130 for two (including a bottle of tasteless Côtes du Rhône). This "restaurant" ruined our evening. I strongly advise against it, do not rely on unverified reviews from people who do not have a palace (lots of tourists and very few Asian customers, but now I know why...).

16/03/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered takeout from this supposedly very reputable sushi restaurant, and the quality was disappointing. The €6.90 nuggets looked exactly like fast-food nuggets with just mayonnaise. The bao was truly awful, the worst I've ever had. The maki were okay, but I've had much better elsewhere. Given the restaurant's reputation, I really expected much better.

08/05/2026: Honestly, huge respect to Désiré for the work he's done. The atmosphere is great, the community is active, and everything is well-organized. You can see he's really dedicated to making sure everyone has a good time. I recommend it 100%!

05/05/2026: Probably my favorite sushi restaurant; it's the antithesis of an Instagrammable place. The service is a bit freestyle, and the chef has a strong personality that might not appeal to everyone. Personally, I love it because at least it's authentic. The fish is top quality, and the omakase is incredible—so generous. The sushi, maki, and sashimi reflect the chef's style: freestyle. The presentation isn't always perfect; no two are alike, and sometimes the rice doesn't stick properly... And yet, it's so delicious. The place doesn't look like much; it seems like it hasn't changed in 20 years, but that almost gives it a nostalgic feel (especially the karaoke). I like being able to go there spontaneously and find a table, so please, don't go!

18/01/2026: Excellent wood-fired yakitori skewers. Best value for money in the neighborhood: the 6-skewer menu for €12, a pint of Asahi beer for €7, and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect. Second visit, just as perfect as the first.

13/05/2026: The food is great! I rarely eat in, even though the place is very nice with a large parking lot and easy access! The value for money is excellent and it's delicious!
