The quality hasn't changed at all, and despite the ambiance or exterior not being everyone's cupboard, the value for money is the best in Strasbourg for a Japanese restaurant. And a major plus: the fish is incredibly fresh, always easy to digest, and I've never gotten sick, unlike at other restaurants! This restaurant deserves so many more customers...

14/01/2026: I had it delivered, so I'm only judging the food, and I have to say I'm disappointed considering the price. I ordered three types of maki, gyoza, and a coleslaw for €26. The maki were uneven, clearly pre-made, and rather bland; the shaping looked like it was done by a beginner… it wasn't bad, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it 😕

07/05/2026: Very disappointed with our experience at Eat Sushi. We ordered for 7:30 pm and finally received our order at 8:20 pm, almost an hour late. The restaurant runs promotional offers without having the staff to keep up with demand, and it's the customers who suffer the consequences. We ordered specifically to avoid the hassle of waiting after a long day at work, and in the end, our evening was completely ruined. The "gesture of goodwill" offered—four cans of soda and some soy sauce—is far from sufficient given the delay and the inconvenience. Very disappointing, especially for a chain that's supposed to be organized.

16/05/2026: ABSOLUTELY AVOID As regulars at this restaurant for several years, we have noticed an alarming decline in hygiene, to the point that we feel compelled to warn future customers. 🚽 The restrooms are in a deplorable state: the toilet locks are broken, replaced by a simple latch, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. 🪲 The worst happened in the dining room: a cockroach crawled across our table during our meal. Needless to say, this completely ruined our lunch. 🍜 In our ramen bowls, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering hair (or fur, I don't know...). 👨‍🍳 In the kitchen, basic food hygiene rules are clearly not being followed: the cooks handle food with their bare hands, without gloves or hairnets. One of them even used his cell phone while preparing food. We are genuinely saddened by this situation, as we used to love this place. But as things stand, we can only strongly advise against this restaurant and urge you to avoid it. Your health is worth more than that.

30/05/2026: A huge disappointment. I had been there about a year ago and had a decent experience, but this time it was a disaster. The only positive thing about the evening was the sushi. Everything else was very disappointing: undercooked rice, overcooked and dry chicken, uninteresting beef and cheese, and, in general, very poor quality dishes. The value for money is particularly bad. The price is high for a quality that doesn't live up to expectations. You expect much better at that price (€56 for two people with a soft drink). Another problem: we were admitted at 10 p.m., but we were told shortly after that the kitchen closed at 10:30 p.m. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, this is incomprehensible. It doesn't leave enough time to enjoy the meal properly. In addition, the selection offered in the all-you-can-eat option is very limited. Finally, as I was leaving the restaurant, I spotted a mouse or a rat scurrying near the seats. That definitively convinced me not to return. A very disappointing experience from beginning to end. I won't be back.
