18/05/2026: This restaurant remains, for me, the benchmark for sushi in the Mulhouse area. It's nothing like supermarket sushi or what other restaurants in the area offer. Okay, that's reflected in the price, but it's worth it!

19/02/2026: No one mentions it in the reviews, but their delivery service is really efficient. Sometimes the order arrives very quickly! Of course, there might be a bit of a wait when there are a lot of orders, which is perfectly understandable. I've ordered from them several times and honestly, I have nothing to complain about! The delivery driver is always very friendly, even on rainy days. The food is excellent quality and the portions are generous. I highly recommend it! 🍣🥢

06/01/2026: I tried this restaurant for lunch today. Since there was no one to greet us or seat us, we sat down on our own. Although the restaurant was practically empty (only one other person was there), the wait to order was quite long. I ordered the H6 set menu (skewers + maki & sushi) for €19.80. Of the six California rolls, three tasted terrible. The skewers were okay, but they left a sweet aftertaste that I didn't particularly like. Overall, my impression was mixed.

17/02/2026: This is the third time we've ordered from Sushiman, either for takeout via Deliveroo or Uber Eats, and it's always been excellent! 🍣 Fresh, generously filled, and delicious sushi. Fast service and never disappointed. Highly recommended!

24/06/2026: Excellent and very high quality, very friendly staff. There might be a slightly smaller selection compared to other sushi restaurants, but everything they offer is very, very good.

10/04/2026: I'm a regular at this restaurant, where I order online (the website is great and has promotions) to eat at home. The vegetarian maki and California rolls are really generous and delicious. The staff at reception are friendly. See you soon!

10/06/2026: We've been several times before, and we returned after a two-year break. It's clear things have changed drastically, and not for the better. The welcome is very cold, no smiles at all; you almost feel like you're bothering them. As for the food, the fish portions have been significantly reduced, and the quality has suffered as well. What's more, if you want sashimi, there's a €2 surcharge! Then there's no more soy sauce on the table; you have to get it from a dirty plastic jug. Some of the dishes we ordered were never even served! We won't be back.

27/04/2026: Honestly, one of my favorite sushi restaurants! The dishes are always fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. You can tell they put a lot of effort into it. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always smiling; it's a pleasure to be there. Don't hesitate to go; you won't be disappointed.

05/06/2026: Nothing to say about the quality, but I've never seen such ridiculously small portions for such high prices! It was so laughable we burst into (nervous) laughter. The upside is that you actually finish your plates, garnish and all.

19/06/2026: I was passing through Auch for a layover, so I decided to treat myself to some sushi, and what a great idea that was! This little restaurant is truly perfect in every way. The owner is lovely, and the sushi was magnificent, not to mention very reasonably priced. The service is quick and efficient, and you immediately feel comfortable and welcome once you're seated. If I'm ever in Auch again, I'll gladly return.

27/05/2026: The service was unpleasant, the table didn't even have a tablecloth... the sushi wasn't fresh and tasteless... Furthermore, the beer wasn't even in a proper glass... they need to review their professional standards.
