16/01/2026: We ordered takeout and asked for a little more spring roll sauce because there were only two small pots for three people… She didn't even put half the sauce in each pot… It's a real rip-off, especially since we dealt with a nonchalant woman who answered us quite rudely when we asked if it was ready. Anyway, next time, don't be so stingy with the spring roll sauce!

14/03/2026: I ordered from them today and I didn't eat a thing. I rarely say this, but the food is disgusting, the spring rolls were inedible, the chicken was undercooked, and the dishes really didn't taste good. This is the last time!

06/01/2026: Very disappointed by this far from satisfactory experience! I usually go to You Sushi in Lons, but since I was in the city center, I decided to try Sushi Shop. I ordered online using a €5 referral code, paying in-store for my first order. They asked me to pay €21.70 instead of €16.70 because the €5 was being added to some kind of account! But what account? Anyway, caught off guard, I paid the full amount, but after thinking about it, I find it very strange. It's impossible to file a complaint on the chain's website. First and last time, avoid this place; there's no shortage of sushi in Pau.

14/03/2026: I ordered sushi rolls, but they looked like they were made by an amateur and weren't very appealing. I didn't have high expectations for a Chinese-owned Japanese restaurant, and it was just as I expected. Also, there were fruit flies swarming around the restaurant, and it wasn't exactly clean. The service was okay, though.

22/02/2026: As a former regular customer (I placed many orders), I had stopped ordering due to a decline in value for money. I recently tried again, and the experience was very disappointing. The cheese rolls had an extremely small amount of salmon, and the slices were almost translucent, revealing mostly rice. I repeatedly offered to send photos to support my complaint. During my call, there was no questioning of the situation: I was told that the chef hadn't changed. After expressing my disappointment, particularly regarding the lack of any compensation despite my loyalty and my initial complaint, the only solution offered was to not consume the products, wait for a new delivery, and then arrange an exchange. This was an unsatisfactory experience, both in terms of product quality and customer service. I will not be ordering again.

We live in Boulogne, Suresnes, and Issy-les-Moulineaux, but we always make the trip with pleasure because we know we'll eat well and have a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent all-you-can-eat sushi! 🍣

08/03/2026: We've been going there for 20 years and the quality of the service, as well as the quality of the food, has never changed. For me, they're the best. Everything is excellent and delicious 😋. A real treat every time.

22/02/2026: I ordered by phone and picked it up 20 minutes later. The service was awful! I ordered MK1 and M7, and they were bland, cold, and not fresh. I'm disgusted! They had just started serving again. How can they serve food like that, especially since we're paying? 😠 This will be the last time! We barely ate anything!

30/01/2026: Delicious homemade food! The manager who greeted us was absolutely lovely. He cooked alone and managed everything. We called ahead because we couldn't find any vegetarian dishes that appealed to us on his website, and he offered to make custom dishes for us. He also gave us free mochi for our large order. I highly recommend it! :)

25/12/2025: For over €50 worth of sushi ordered, EXTREMELY disappointed: the fish on the sushi was much too thick, making it difficult to eat properly; the rice wasn't sticky; and the main problem was the undercooked rice, which is unacceptable for sushi.
