27/02/2025: I've been going there with my family for at least 10 years, it's an excellent restaurant, the skewers, starters, spring rolls... everything is good and quality. The staff is very friendly and the managers very welcoming. A good address with excellent value for money.

29/08/2024: Sushi near Châtelet, we went there one afternoon. Nothing to say, sushi like most Parisian sushi, can be a little finer than others which have more rice than fish, and therefore more digestible, hygiene service atmosphere everything is ok.

13/07/2024: The worst Ramen I have ever tried. Were kind enough not to charge for it. Left hungry since no one worried that I didn't eat the dish in front of me.

16/01/2025: The first impression up on arrival was that here we dont want to stay. Where is the four star hotel ? this is at most a 2½ star hotel. Looks and feel like we were arriving in a Soviet communistic era accomodation that has newly been fixed up - a monkey shine you could call it.

07/01/2025: Experience in providing massage at Rock Noir (Zen / duo formula) Good massage service, unfortunately an experience tarnished by numerous disturbances (poor insulation, surrounding noises, slamming doors in the corridor). Disappointed that for the high price of the service (270€) does not even include access to the SPA (although requested when booking). Overall, very disappointing for the price and for the service sold by a 4* hotel.

13/06/2024: We came twice and each time we were satisfied with the quality and freshness. Take away or eat in, we enjoyed ourselves. Everything is very well prepared and well presented. Pleasant welcome and quiet room. We will come back 👍

12/05/2024: Really excellent, we were able to try a good part of the menu and everything is of high quality. The service is impeccable, friendly and expert! In addition, the layout is very friendly, which is a real plus compared to other restaurants.

13/09/2024: Bonne cuisine, la salle est agréable et les tables ne sont pas trop resserrées. Le service rapide et efficace (ce qui est apprécié le midi) mais il pourrait être plus chaleureux.

10/08/2024: It’s a Japanese restaurant run by Chinese people. And the Asahi and Kirin beers are too expensive! The food was just so so. Not yummy.

07/09/2024: The Japanese waitress is adorable, the chef's Japanese assistant too, always smiling and helpful... But what a horrible boss! It took my appetite away to see the way he treats his team. Humiliation, brutality, contempt... And what's more, he takes a little shot of alcohol to calm his nerves... A boss like that shouldn't be able to manage a team... I wish the staff members courage...

29/08/2024: Highly recommended! I went there on Wednesday evening; the tea, sencha, was decent! Most importantly, the cold noodles were really delicious! I loved the taste of the vegetables, especially the good balance with the chewy texture of the tomatoes. I will definitely continue to try all of them!

07/09/2024: A warm restaurant with delicious dishes, fairly fast service from always smiling and friendly staff. It's always a pleasure to return to Yamato, I highly recommend!

02/09/2024: A customer for over 10 years, I still appreciate the pretty setting, the location, the freshness and the quality of the dishes. On the other hand, several times I deplore the lack of warmth given to us by the manager. No smile, and above all an endless wait to take our order and then to bring our dishes. However, the manager tries to compensate and leaves the counter regularly to go help in the dining room. Despite everything, fifty minutes to take an order is terribly long. Fortunately we hadn't scheduled a cinema next. We will continue to go there but from now on we will anticipate this hazard.

26/09/2024: We bought 2 trays of sushi (happy box) last night. We are all sick this morning (4 out of 4 people): diarrhea and nausea… we are very disappointed

22/09/2024: Once again, not the right order... We have been customers for years, but since ordering by telephone is no longer possible we have NEVER had exactly what we ordered (and never in our favor of course ). What a pity.

21/08/2024: Best sushi in terms of value for money but only for rolls & makis. The cooking of the rice and the taste is not controlled, not enough vinegar and too sticky! The cutting of sushi must be more regular… I don't recommend poke. In terms of hot dishes, this is not the best place because the prices are very high. There is a Chinese restaurant higher up offering the same dishes for almost 8 euros cheaper (especially for pad thai, Bo bun etc) and a detail that makes the difference, made by Asians which is not necessarily the case in the kitchen at O4. In terms of experience on site, when I arrived the waitress seemed to absolutely want to finish her tidying up instead of taking our order as a priority... Also, please specify that wasabi and ginger are paid extras, it is a practice and a little dishonest not to not indicate it clearly.
