17/08/2026: A unique and very pleasant place. The meal and service were excellent, the setting ideal and peaceful. My only regret was that the online advertisement (ANCV website) stated they accepted holiday vouchers, but they weren't accepted on site. No big deal, though, we had a wonderful time!

01/06/2026: Excellent couscous, a great place recommended by a Kabyle friend. We go there regularly, even though it's almost an hour from our home. The only slight downside: it can be a bit noisy inside at times... Otherwise, it's fantastic!

08/08/2026: What a wonderful discovery Le Petit Ogre is! From the very first bites, you realize you're in much more than just a restaurant: it's a true journey through tastes, cultures, and flavors. The dishes are incredibly delicious. The cuisine is refined, inventive, and generous, with original, sometimes surprising, but always perfectly executed and balanced flavor combinations. You discover tastes you don't often encounter, with beautiful African influences subtly blended with French cuisine. Each dish tells a story and holds its own little surprise. Special mention must also be made of the thoughtful touches between courses, which pleasantly extend the experience and demonstrate the care taken with the meal. As for the service, it's impeccable: a welcoming, smiling, attentive, and professional team. Finally, the value for money is truly remarkable considering the skill put into the food, the quality of the ingredients, and the overall experience. This place is definitely worth a visit for anyone who loves discovering new things, being surprised, and above all, eating very well. We absolutely loved it. We'll be back with great pleasure.

04/08/2026: This little gem of a restaurant is excellent. I devoured a starter, main course, and dessert. Everything was superb, with a special mention for the desserts; the bread was also very good. The service was pleasant, although it was a bit warm in the restaurant that day despite the air conditioning, hence the 4-star rating for ambiance.

31/08/2026: If you're looking for a good, quiet place to eat in the city center, away from the chaos and crowds, this bistro/restaurant is an excellent choice for its location (a lovely little square shaded by plane trees) and the quality of its food. It's also great for a quick stop to enjoy a good wine, beer, or cocktail accompanied by cheese puffs or other appetizers.

02/09/2026: The food is truly excellent; the couscous is superb, generous, and bursting with flavor. The entire team is pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. My only slight criticism is that the decor could perhaps use a touch of modernization. But this is a minor point, given the exceptional quality of the food and service. 05/09/2026: It was unbearably hot; my mother left the table before eating because it was too hot. No napkins. 3 finger bowls for 5 people. I'm allergic to garlic, and no server could find mayonnaise or any other solution… so I couldn't enjoy my meal. Furthermore, the service was disastrous; no one spoke to us, not a single smile… The food was good, but that's all. Luckily, I was with my family, otherwise it would have been a very unpleasant experience.

The set menu with various hot and cold mezze to share (€30 for two) offers excellent value for money and allows you to discover authentic Lebanese cuisine. The staff is attentive and the welcome is always warm. Just remember to book, the restaurant is often full!

As for the dishes and desserts, everything is made from fresh, flavorful ingredients, magnificently prepared by the chef, who truly deserves his title. A must-try for discerning palates.

30/07/2026: While on holiday for two weeks in the Jura Mountains, we stopped by Les Cocottes Gessiennes on Thursday evening. What a delight for the taste buds! The perfect egg with morels was succulent, the carpaccio with heirloom tomatoes and lemon-basil sorbet was a treat. The duck was superb, and the beef steak with morels melted in your mouth—excellent. The dessert was superb. Impeccable service, a friendly, smiling waiter with a kind word. Don't miss this Norman restaurant; it's well worth the stop. Mr. and Mrs. Hue.

18/08/2026: A pleasant, shady spot with plenty of picnic tables and bins to keep things clean. Swimming is supervised in the Cesse River. Toilets are also available and always well-maintained. A wonderful find!
