Faut vite changer de métier. Être restaurateur c'est être accueillant et on respecte le client et une simple demande de pouvoir manger une pastilla poulet. Bref, vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs

19/01/2025: I went to eat for the first time at Alice Baba's Palace with a friend. The restaurant was not yet open but the gentleman asked us if it was. Wanted to book one at the last minute to avoid the queue that he can always be very friendly and smiling, I highly recommend.

The server kept forgetting to bring us stuff: when he brought the couscous, he forgot to bring chickpeas and harissa, despite we asked for them a few times, then he forgot to bring the dessert and coffee and we waited for 20 minutes for those to arrive-after he said he’s bringing, he forgot again! And lastly, when we asked for the check, he forgot to bring it for a long time!

15/12/2024: The GPS has already led me straight to the trash cans. I went to reception for the first time on foot where I had the impression of disturbing one of the managers of the establishment who calmed down a little later. When I took the right entrance, I realized that the parking lot was even further away. It was dark and cold. I came back to reception with my suitcase and then had to go out to put it in my room. This one is located in another building even further from where I was parked. I thought I had returned to Centerparcs without the animals. Fortunately, the reception staff were very helpful and explained everything to me. No one to help carry the luggage, which is surprising for a 4 star. Of course, there is an elevator but above all, I was lucky to have a room on the 1st floor, close to an emergency exit and a parking space. Otherwise, everything is very clean, the king-size bed is very comfortable, the restaurant setting is pleasant. I found the menu expensive for what is offered, the resident menu (main course, dessert and 1 glass of wine at €30 would soften the bill if the cooking of the meat requested was respected. Self-service breakfast is average for €20 and is only served until 10am on weekdays. If the spa is pleasant and very clean like the good-sized swimming pool, the hair dryer in the locker room does not dry much. So much so that I had to go out with a wet head in the cold, because again, we are quite far from the rooms. I think this place is pleasant in summer but is not suitable for winter. I thought it was great that the Relais was a hotel, telling myself that this way I wouldn't have to go out for the weekend, certainly I wasn't far away but as far as not going out was concerned, it was a failure. If I compare with another hotel-spa in the middle of the mountains which only had 3 stars, for me the practicality was much higher and there was staff for luggage. One wonders on what criteria the stars are awarded. Little surprise at departure, if you pay before leaving the room, just to save time since when you leave to have breakfast, you pass in front of the reception, you find the door to the room closed, if it is 11 a.m. .

24/11/2024: Authentic Moroccan restaurant at the top. Discovered by chance last night, but we had a good time there with very good service, ending with a visit from the chef himself with whom we had a warm exchange. The waiters were all professional and friendly and the chef offered us teas. We will probably return to table 25 and this time with more people. Looking forward to Chef Benjamin!
