17/07/2026: It's a pleasure to be able to buy Moroccan prepared dishes in Uzès. It's possible to eat in, but seating is very limited—just two or three small tables inside, and the same outside. We've placed orders several times in recent years, picked them up, and reheated and enjoyed the dishes at home, such as couscous or tagines. The portion sizes are also reasonable. The prices are fair, and the manager is welcoming. The major drawback, however, is that on several occasions, we've found the couscous packaged without harissa upon arrival at home. This is very surprising (and unpleasant). I've never seen a Moroccan eat couscous without harissa.

17/08/2026: Top-notch restaurant with a magnificent terrace. You almost forget you're in Florange. The dishes are generous and delicious. The waiters and waitresses are welcoming, professional, and very friendly.

16/08/2026: I was very shocked by the bill. They act like crooks. Take the menu, for example, which states "unlimited sides." The sides are very meager, costing €31, with no salad leaves, a piece of beef that wasn't even huge and was cut into three pieces to take up more space, and a pitiful basket of fries the size of a child's. You're forced to ask for a second side because, obviously, it's insufficient. And then they charge you €8 for that, even though the menu says "unlimited." Tea is offered amicably with dessert, and they bring back the teapot for €20. Water is €8. Far too expensive for the food on offer. It's clear they have no competition in their sector.

04/09/2026: I went on holiday to Antibes and my friend and I ate the best Lebanese food. Francisco, aka Franky, treated us like royalty; the service was top-notch! I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: It's always a real treat! Delicious and generous tagines and couscous of all kinds! A flavorful pastilla! The owner is friendly. We'll be back soon with other friends. One small drawback: they don't have wine or alcoholic drinks. But no matter! The good mint tea more than makes up for it.

27/07/2026: Having eaten there several times, I'd like to offer my opinion, which is neither negative nor glowing. The service is quick, and it has everything you'd expect from Lebanese Mediterranean cuisine. It's homemade, and the flavors and tastes are generally well preserved, but it's not the place where I've had the best mezze. It remains a friendly and easy-to-access place, and the prices are quite reasonable, although you should be careful because they can be surprisingly high. 😉

23/03/2026: A disgrace! Unsanitary hotel rooms. Appalling service. A head chef with a huge ego. You can hear the staff partying all night from their house, and people shouting. When you drive by, you see abandoned rooms filled with trash. I think the labor and health inspectors should pay a visit.

16/03/2026: I was lucky enough to return several times. The first time was for a family holiday in the summer, and the second time was for the Halloween and Lantern Festival events. Each time, we were blown away by the beauty of the place. The decorations for each theme were breathtaking and completely immersed us in their world. What was most remarkable was the friendliness and warm welcome of the hotel and restaurant staff. A huge thank you to the team at La Table de Colette for taking such good care of us. Hats off to the Chef! We savored exquisite dishes with very original flavor combinations. We were also very touched by the servers who remembered the dietary needs of everyone in our group and served us personalized trays of petits fours when we returned to the restaurant for a drink. We were all truly captivated and will definitely be back!

Besides the excellent couscous, our friends, who know Algeria well, had the pleasure of chatting with the owner. What a pleasant and friendly conversation, reflecting the spirit of this restaurant where sharing is key! A beautiful neighborhood, a bookshop, Notre Dame risen from the ashes... Don't wait any longer, go!
