I'd eaten Gerald's famous chocolate cake several times, and the creations in this class were just as good—excellent! From cream puffs to crepe cake and the Lilikoï, the perfect balance of fruit tartness and chocolate sweetness was simply superb. Thank you again for your energy and professionalism. 24/08/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my meal at Buffalo Grill. I ordered a double-patty burger, cooked rare. Unfortunately, when my burger was served, both patties were completely burnt and far overcooked, nowhere near the rare I requested. I find this particularly disappointing, especially since I took the time to specify how I wanted it cooked. A rare steak should obviously not be served charred. I expected a service commensurate with the brand's reputation and I am very disappointed with this experience. I hope that some form of compensation will be offered for this meal, which clearly did not match my order.
